I have no complaints about the service and the food was pretty good. The coffee on the other hand was terrible. We ordered a plain latte and an iced mocha off the menu. The latte tasted like warm milk and the mocha tasted like chocolate milk made with hersheys syrup. They had no options for (dairy) milk other than whole milk or the little cups of shelf stable half and half. Ten Star Coffee is a bold statement that they for sure cannot back up. This is coffee for people who don't like the taste of coffee.

stopped in for a coffee - it was adequate, staff seemed annoyed with request for cream, and the tables were dirty. Wanted to stay to enjoy but left after going to several tables that had not been wiped off. disappointed with experience.

Absolutely love this place. Quiet, cute, delicious. Very cafe. Have the best biscuits and gravy. And there chai tea is amazing. Has great non-coffee and coffee drink. Breakfast food is my favorite. I recommend the Carmel Frappuccino for a kids or non coffee drinkers. Everyone is so nice. One time I walked in ask a kid with one on my friends and we only had the money in her phone and we ordered 2 drinks and it should have been like 10 dollar but she discounted it so we could afford two. Nicest people ever. Now I continue to go there. Great for weekend little brunch too!

One of our favorite spots to go when hanging out in downtown Belleville. They usually have some type of fun latte menu for the current season. I just ordered the Eggnog Chai latte and I could have drank 10 of them! That thing was so good! The staff is always very friendly. I also had a fritatta and it was delicious with a side of salsa.

Looked like a very nice place but when we walked in we waited at the order counter for over 5 minutes without a hello or we’ll be right with you. The 2 workers saw us but no acknowledgment. There were more people that funneled in waiting in line behind us and they were not acknowledged either. So, we
Food is awesome and love there Lattes, went to get a latte to go 15 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked and the employee said they already put everything up and we’re closed. Great place, but I feel they should be open the hours they promise to be

Ate here on the coffee tour. Cute shop, friendly staff. Had the white chocolate raspberry latte and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was fine, but nothing special. The coffee was similarly fine, but a bit weaker than I'm used to. Pleasant spot to sit for awhile in the morning

Second time trying this place. They are also on the coffee trail list for southern Illinois!! Last time I had their breakfast sandwich and coffee. It was good. This time I went for their biscuits and gravy. With a jelly filled donut. Had their hot honeybee latte, so good! Their staff is friendly and helpful. They weren't too busy. Which made it nice for my friend and I. It was her first time. She had a dirty chai latte with pumpkin and she loved it. Didn't have a long wait for food. They also have a walk up window you can order from if you're on the go. Come to downtown Belleville and support local. They have outside seating available as well.

Stumbled into this little place when I had some time to kill waiting for an appointment. I tried the biscuits and gravy, which was excellent--hot, good flavor and great price. I also had an iced latte, I forget the name but it had honey. Also very tasty. I will be back.
