ORDERED, do you get what it means when someone orders something. a 6 piece chicken strip, side should be mash potatoes. But 4 piece and fries.....I'll keep trying to go back and see if anything changes for once

I was told a long time ago if You Can't something nice, than don't say anything. My last visit wasn't satisfactory. But all my previous visits (A Lot) was 100 % perfect.Parking: I was able to park in front and go inside to place my order and than take my food home.

Just left here and ordered a spicy chicken combo and the chicken is clearly not done. I thought maybe I was tripping but once I peeled the breading it was pretty much confirmed. The fries were either over cooked or stale. The customer service was whack. Ridiculous how hard it seems to find quality service these days.

Sometime I feel like KFC shows false advertising on television. When they say they two for five chicken wrap is bigger on television. But when you get to the restaurant they are so darn small and not what they say they are. But they are good.

I work in the restaurant industry as an AGM. So I try to be patient & kind. But TONIGHT was it! I waited 45 minutes in the car with 4 kids ages 4-8. And this is what they served me! When I was there they weren’t even busy. They also didn’t give me my gravy and I got the spicy & hot 8 piece wing as well I ate on the way home & it tasted freezer burnt! I’m currently sick from eating it. When I called to try to get a refund my only option was to leave the house to bring back this disgusting chicken (I asked to send an email with pics and videos as proof so I didn’t have to take my kids back out) it only took 2 hours to be able to feed my kids tonight because of the horrible service. I’m all for being patient & waiting but 45 minutes but my food needs to be EDIBLE when I get home.

Woman working the drive through on Sunday October 1 at 1pm is the best fast food worker I have encountered in months. She was upbeat, personable and professional. That’s a rarity in the industry. As a former small business owner I advise you hold onto her!

I was pleasantly surprised with the hot and spicy wings at the Belleville store. I couldn't believe they were 8 bone in wings for $4.99, and they were hot and crispy. I had a bad experience at a wing place that likes owls the night before and was still craving wings. Great deal and food was excellent.

Walked out..Completely ignored by staff after 10 minutes waitng at the counter.. Not one staff member offered to take order or say they would be with us in a moment.. I will never be there again. Tried this place 2 times before with terrible service. Strike 3 and you are out !!!

I placed an order through the KFC app at 7:39pm on 8/19/2023. Received email confirmation at 7:44pm. We went to pick up our order and at 8:19pm, at the drive thru window, was told "we don't got that". We asked what they didn't have and they said they canceled the order. I told them that they didn't have any problem charging my card. The woman at the window said that it'd be put back on our card and that she also does DoorDash so she knows that happens when an order is canceled. I told her we aren't wirh DoorDash and we didn't receive any prior notice that our order was canceled. I ended up calling the KFC customer service line to note this incident and also make sure the refund was issued (it hadn't been marked canceled or refunded prior to my calling). I'm usually pretty patient with fast food employees, especially since in our area they're very young, but this was awful all the way around. We won't be back.
