Who ever all was working tonight, 17 Feb, 2024. BRAVO! We ordered a large old world pepperoni. It was better than the usual great! No Grease at all. The Cini Squares were greaseless as well. The Wing were very good.

Food was undercooked. Pizza and breadsticks floppy. Massively thick layer of cheese, but sparse on the other toppings. Not even tasty either. Meat balls on the pizza may as well have been left off. No flavor at all.5 mins in the air fryer at 350 made all the difference.

This was the 1st time ordering from Marco's. Placed an order for pizza, boneless wings & bone in wings. Did not receive the boneless wings upon delivery. I called the store and was told "Oh we're super busy, I meant to call you about that." He said I will credit the boneless wings (seeing as I was on the phone with him, otherwise he would not have)! The credit has not appeared on my credit card. The food was excellent, the service was not. Maybe stick to just pizza and you probably will be alrightP.S. Not everyone has Facebook or Twitter....so there's that. Lesson learned.

Not sure why there is never enough employees? Tuesday December 27th I ordered delivery at 5:50pm. After waiting an hour and continously checking the "track my order" feature and no details were coming up, I finally called just to ensure the online order went through. I was told sorry were supper busy, which was understandable but didn't recieve my pizzas' till 8pm. The delivery driver told me she was the only one and can only do so much. I still tipped and said thank you, but they could had called me when the order was submitted and told me it was going to be over a 2 hour wait, so we could had made other arrangements. This is the 2nd time out of 3 deliveries that I've waited a bit longer then usual and told not enough staff. So if you place an order online, may want to call and find out if they have drivers or if it is easier for you to pick up. Because they won't contact you to let you know unless you call after waiting an exceedingly long amount of time.

Delivery order 2 Pizzoli's and a chef salad. The Pizzoli's were very greasy and had little filling. The chef salad was small and mostly salami and cheese hardly no lettuce. I got crust and cold cuts for $25 - very disappointing.
Pizza is fantastic when the right people work. Unfortunately looks like they purposely understand every shift, poor shift leads are generally in there by themselves all day looks like. I will never support a company that exploits its employees. Ive also never seen a restaurant go through so many owners in a year!

We order from here way more than we should and food is consistently delicious! Cheesy bread is a regular in our house, as well as the buffalo wings. Delivery times insane which is understandable if not enough help, so we tend to DoorDash when we are feaning for Marcos pizza. It literally never disappoints. I did pick up once and the wait was long, but the ladies behind the counter were awesome! The guys working prep and boxing were literally amazing because it was obvious they were slammed but they put extreme care into each order prepared so the wait didn’t bother me. Keep it Marcos at Central Plaza!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really like this pizza place. The food has always been good. I do not want to hold this against them, however cleanliness was a concern for me tonight. I tried to nicely explain my concern and was met with attitude by the employee in question. He came to help me at the counter. After touching his phone, the computer and other items, he proceeded to finish my order without washing his hands. The lady was nice and remade it for me, however the guy seemed pretty upset that I would request washed hands prior to food being touched. He said that “the ovens were 500 degrees” and would not allow for food bourne illness. I was a little taken aback and this is odd considering, it’s standard procedure to wash hands when preparing food, especially at the commercial level. I had hoped to have a simple exchange but some struggle with accepting criticism. I would be happy to discuss with a manager and hopefully they can review their food preparation practices and customer relations.
