I come through here before school and i go inside to make sure my order is correct and MARIO the manager is always allowing the employees to tell him what to do and one of the worker CHASESHANELL was very rude! And they told us we cant order we have to use the kiosk but when we used the kiosk and had to pay at the counter because we had cash they still didn't pay us out and thats very rude! And the food isnt hot when we receive it ,, i will never eat here anymore!

Pulled up @737am with only 2 cars in front of me and in the other lane there was 3. I did not get to order until 752 finally receiving my order @759am. Individuals pulled up behind me then decided to go inside and were served then left before my order was ever taken.

I honestly don’t even want to give one star but I have to. I didn’t think they could be worse than the fairgrounds McDonald’s but hands down the worst….. I try to only get McDonald’s when it’s convenient but never again. The employees are unprofessional. They argue at each other the entire time. Considering it’s what they do each and every day they still don’t seem to understand. I was so excited to have the Breakfast Bagels back. I placed my order and they didn’t even give me the right sandwich. When I sent my fiancé in to get the correct one. It was cold and still wrong. Even after the checked our receipt. It never fails when we go to this McDonald’s something is wrong, cold, and or not there at all.

This used to be one of the nicer McDonald's. It has really gone downhill with its customer service. I ordered 40 nuggets, fries and an iced tea. First they tell me they don't have any honey for my nuggets, then they tell me they haven't had any tea for the week. I might as well get a refund at this point because I don't eat other condiments. But I just ate them plain. The kicker was when I ordered at the kiosk and it says grab a tent and someone will bring your food out to you. The young girl hollers out from across the dining room, "excuse me, did you order the 40 piece nuggets? You can come get your food." I sat there because I wasn't sure I heard her right. So after a few minutes she yells out again "were you going to get your food". This happened to me here before. I live right around the corner so I come here a lot. The customer service has really gotten terrible. It's very loud and unprofessional.

The staff at this location are very nice, food is decent, only issue would be cleanliness as the floors are sticky and tables and chairs can be hit or miss.
The slowest service you can get. There always seems to be an issue with this location. Either they are out of food, credit card machines don't work, or can't get the correct order.

I have frequented this location multiple times and I always get a #7. Well 4 times now I have gotten burgers with everything but the patty itself. I don't know how you forget the main part of the burger.

Poor customer service not always a friendly atmosphere and when the one manager named Stephanie is there all the workers dread being there and some of the workers get bullied by her. As a customer I see things here that no customer should see. And I feel bad for the general manager he works his butt off with no recognition.

I'll never give McDonald's my money again. Seems like every time I get anything with eggs they have egg shell in the sandwich. This is unfortunately not the 1st time. You have to order at a kiosk which BTW they don't work. They managers don't even acknowledge you as a customer for at leat 10 min. And they want to charge you $22 for a $2 cheeseburger but don't offer quality food or service. This place is a joke for a restaurant
