We eat here all the time. As another person said, the morning crew is great, but in the afternoon and evening, don't expect to get hot food or a correct order. They'll move you up to the third window to wait, while they are playing around inside. They tried that on me for two drinks! I told them no, and they handed the drinks right out. Bunch of clowns in there in the afternoon and evening. Send a secret shopper through to verify! If it only happened once I'd say they were having a bad day, but it's consistent over several visits. Again, the morning crew is STELLAR!
I usually go gor breakfast in the morning and the staff move quickly and are usually friendly. But that night crew is something totally different. There are a bunch of younger employees that don't have good work ethics, sometimes are rude, move slow, and half the time get the order wrong. But that Morning crew they do a great job!
I’m not going to complain about one bad experience here during the busiest time of day at one of the busiest McDonald’s locations. This time, the wait for my mobile order took a little longer, and it was prepared incorrectly, BUT that is rare at this location. I skip the one closest to my home to go to this one because the service there is the best in Belleville. They usually always get it right. This time, just not so much.
