Chile, I don’t know WHAT goes on here but be prepared to be inconvenienced. The drive thru is simply a waste of time (10+ minutes) regardless of your order and going inside to order is a marginal improvement at best.I will say when I do get my food is generally hot and properly prepared. Good luck!Update: Nevermind, they got my order completely wrong and probably hoped I wouldn’t notice. I had to reorder it TWICE and it was a simple steak egg and cheese bagel ?. I easily lost 30 minutes in my morning commute so if you have somewhere to be, DO NOT STOP here!!!

I have ordered here multiple times in the past week, food takes an absurd amount of time to prepare, is never fresh when given to me, staff(besides one gentlemen on night crew) are incredibly rude, and my order is NEVER, and I mean not once correct.

Upon entering the establishment and proceeding to place my order, I was met with unacceptable behavior from one of your employees.After stating my order, the employee responded by telling me to "keep that energy." This remark was incredibly disrespectful and completely uncalled for. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, neither of which were demonstrated in this instance.Such behavior reflects poorly on your establishment and creates a negative impression for customers. It is imperative that all employees receive proper training on customer service and appropriate communication techniques.I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly. I picked up breakfast this morning drove home to find out my bacon egg and cheese sandwich was just a biscuit. Drove back to McDonalds asked for a replacement sandwich and compensation got the sandwich and then attitude about a coupon for a free sandwich in the future. if I could give a zero rating I would, but the app won’t let me.
