Ordered 3 orders of Rick's Wings to go. Wings were exceptionally small. Maybe they should add a few more Wings to the order to compensate for the smaller size in regards to the price which did not change.

The service was horrible for the first time. Not quite sure why seated next to bar with kids. One server for entire area. Food was cold because she could not handle bar and serving. Band came in and getting check to leave forever. Major disappointed in service and getting cold food. Do better people. No excuse for serving cold food.

I’ve passed this place on so many occasions, this time a group of us went after church. No wait and food cameExceptionally quick, I was glad because I was hungry… Nice server and even brought half the order boxes because we were semi rushing… Customer service goes a long way! Good prices will be back soon!
Great Pizza in the restaurant. Thin crust doesn't travel well in the winter. Pizza was cold after the 30 min drive home. Salad is amazing and traveled well in the winter cold. Drive through Service window was awesome when I made the pick up.

Come on.UPDATE: I was confronted about my review when I picked up my food. I tipped 20%. Not gonna eat the food now because clearly there is no professionalism at this spot.I would go back inside and ask for my money back, but I don’t want to get in a argument with a 20-something manager for the sake of food.Just, ya’ll. Don’t eat here. I wish all of the employees well, but I’ve gotten better service at a hot dog cart.“Our prices reflect the quality of our ingredients.” Lady, it’s winter. It’s a salad. Papa Vito's has gone completely downhill! The services at the west end location are sad, to say the least. I called in my order and was placed on hold when the place had ZERO customers( I work in a building across the street. "Madeline" took my order and didn't ask for a name or if I was even done ordering. Once I picked up my order I politely asked for ranch and she CHARGED my card without asking if it was okay that RANCH WAS AN EXTRA charge. I've ordered their wings and have never been charged for a ranch. I told her I didn't know it was an extra charge and she responded snappy I CAN REFUND YOUR CARD. The wings are overly priced now when they used to be 10.99 and great quality. Now they're 12.99 plus tax not including dipping sauce. I won't be back to this location.

Staff were very rude. Place does not do substitutions even though the other 2 locations do it. Service was horrible. Would not go back to this location ever again. Horrible. Rude and pathetic.

We love their monster pizza. It's an all meat pizza on a relatively thin crust (St. Louis style) with their mixture of Mozzarella and provolone cheese. If you want just call ahead and pick it up at their drive through window.
