Short chubby African American lady, very rude, slammed the drive through window in my face twice, told me since my pizza isn’t ready, I need to just come inside and wait. When i first arrived I was asking her a question and she closed the window and walked away with a major attitude. Definitely terrible customer service and I won’t be back to this Pizza Hut as long as she works here.

This Pizza Hut location is the best by far. They have the most dedicated employees and delivery drivers. I am always pleased when I order with this location. My food is always delivered on time and hot and fresh. I will continue to be a valued customer! Keep up the great work! Malasia is the most attentive and sweetest person I have had the pleasure of speaking with. She conducts herself with poise and professionalism while taking orders. I was also very impressed with Calvin. He took the time to make sure my order was correct and was patient and attentive while assisting me with my order!

$65 for 2 mediocre pizzas,12 wings and basic bread sticks.$47 wouldve been an agreeable price; consumables and service accounted for.I picked it up.For the money..thanks; but Ill choose Dominos or Ll ceaser moving forward.Consumer value is missing a little, in my oponion.

On a few different orders I've been called to be told they were out of something and I've never been refunded or compensated in any way. This most recent order they called to tell me that they were out of steak for my cheesesteak pizza, so I asked for a refund, then a replacement pizza, then to have hamburger put on it and each time I was told that it was already in the oven. No effort was made to rectify the situation. My cheesesteak pizza came with only veggies. Absolutely unacceptable. Not sure why they were calling if it weren't for a replacement, but I was and have been dissatisfied with the customer service.

Placed order before they opened. Got notification it was out for delivery at 10:40am. Cashier acted like we never placed an order. We ask to speak to the manager and he said driver delivered knocked on our door and called and no one answered. This is a lie we was sitting in our living room waiting. So manager is trying to say they had the pizza cooked and delivered within 10 minutes of opening. Manager lied through his teeth and had to audacity to say we should order again
