Very bad. Will not be going back, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong and a trainee was making it, It isn’t a big deal to me because he was new and I understand I asked for it to be toasted didn’t hear me at first I thought. I then asked for him to toast it once again and once more he didn’t toast it he toasted the bacon separately then put it on non toasted bread with cold chicken and cold cheese. I told the other coworker that he didn’t make the sandwich right let alone didn’t even wrap it for it to be good enough at least he just threw it in the bag pretty much. They made Another sandwich that was made the correct way but I feel better communication is best for this place and more of a good attitude. Again nothing against the trainee just hope this don’t happen again to anyone else.

I order subway very very regularly since it's my favorite easy to grab meal between my 2 jobs, it holds up well for multiple meals for me when my subs are made the way I order them, I say this because this particular location just does whatever they want instead of following very clear and simple directions. 2x now this location had substituted rotisserie for grilled chicken which is not okay I do not like the rotisserie chicken, 1x they covered my sandwich in so much sweet onion sauce that first of all I didn't ask for and secondly I felt like they were hiding bad meat under all that glop. Today I sent my mobile order to the wrong subway and immediately called to cancel only to be told they weren't making the sandwiches anyways because they didn't have any chicken thawed and refunding my money was my problem not theirs. I had to call 3x to get them to call someone who knew how to do their job to get my refund. This subway needs a stern visit from cooperative or to just be shut down the workers are ALL rude I've been talked to like trash by 4 different people at this location and never have any issues at the other local subways.
