My sub was so small. They forgot some toppings and didn’t double the peppers. Barely anything in the sub. Shrinkflation and greed probably. Also I think there was a switch up in franchise ownership. The new employees don’t greet you.I’m going to go to other subways from now on or another sandwich place.

I've been a customer at this store about 20 years. Ever since the new management recently took over, it's been a problem. Food looks like they don't ever switch out utensils. Brown lettuce, dried out meat/cheese. Dirty. They refuse to honer the Subway coupons, they exclude subs that are NOT excluded on the coupon. They don't let you know this though....until you get to the register. Then they pressure you into paying full price. They tried that with me, and when I refused and started to walk away, they finally honored the coupon. I won't be back.

Ever since the new management took over, it’s been a hassle trying to get a sandwich. They’re always cold despite being taken right out of the toaster, they’re VERY slow when it comes to actually making the sandwich. The workers act like they don’t understand which sandwiches you order when you say something like “#2.” I’d skip over this location.

I've visited this location frequently since management has changed. They used to have a notice showing which sandwiches a coupon could be applied to. Not seeing the notice, I asked the young man preparing my sandwich if the sandwich I wanted would apply, he said yes. When I got to the cashier, the lady said the coupon could not be applied to my sandwich, I explained that I'd asked the guy before we started and he said it would be. The young man even admitted his mistake to the lady and said he thought that sandwich was included and asked if they could make an exception since it was his mistake. She still said no and began to berate him in front of me. I've been in customer service for 17 years and the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed was astonishing. I won't be returning to this location.

Online order. Put more on ranch and even commented to put a lot of ranch. Maybe one squirt. I put more on Jalapenos and there was about 5 of them. Also, I do not think the extra turkey for a "Titan Turkey" was on there. Lame imo.

Lane was extremely kind and prepared my sandwich to the best of his ability! Meatball marinara for life! ??????????
They obviously have a new girl which it isnt her fault but she had someone there helping and i still paid $8 for literally maybe 8 bites of tuna in a bowl!! I wasnt paying much attention to her making it and did not realize until i got to work. But the other girl training her did however see.
They have really added a lot to their menu. Everything is fantastic. The food is always fresh. Unfortunately, they're quite spendy. I don't go there unless I have a coupon.
