After waiting 30 minutes to get my food. My order was still not correct. When confronted about my order and being over charged the staff felt it was ok to laugh at the situation as if it was not a problem. After waiting another 15 minutes I received the remainder of my order that still was not properly corrected. The staff members at this location are very unprofessional. The environment was uncomfortable and I will not be returning back!

Food is usually cold, stale, and badly prepared (one time the entire filling of a taco had been rolled up in the wrapper instead of the tortilla), but this last time I sat in the drive-thru for 5min, occasionally asking if anyone was there. I pulled around and looked inside, and the employees were all present, just not working.

I really don't post reviews but this location has been the worst in the area for years now. Everything I come in its something else. Today they can't take cash cause "the drawers broken"....Before it was cash only, another time they were out of soft tortillas, half the time you come within store hours and they're just closed anyway, or "not accepting anything but online orders."

I ordered a quesadilla meal with a regular freeze. This is what they sent me. I called the store and spoke with a supervisor who didn’t give me her name, and was told they don’t have small cups so they will fill a large cup half way but as u can see this is less than half. Why wasn’t I contacted by the store and asked if I wanted a large instead or a refund? This is unacceptable. I would have asked for a refund but her tone when she said “ we been selling them like this all day and you are the first to complain. Of course I’m complaining I upgraded to a freeze and I got a sip. If you don’t have small cups don’t sell small drinks because this is ridiculous. Please instruct you ordering manager or supervisor to order more small cups or borrow from another store. This is poor customer service.

Employees are in store (2-3) at 1:43 am on 3-6-24 right after they served a customer but a recording said they were closed when we tried to order. An employee stuck his head out the window as we went through the drive thru. I hope you're not paying people, that are NOT WORKING while NOT taking care of customers! This Taco Bell has the worst reputation & I see why.

pitiful. taco bell food is pretty good, but your lazy, lousy staff made me get back in the car and return the $17 meal I paid for to get my money back.... disgusting, cool to room temp, cheese not melted , warm wilted lettuce in the Mexican pizza (they dont even come with lettuce!!!!) made me want to puke almost as much as the wet shell made me dry heave. people pay good money for a decent meal, if i pay $17 for my son and myself to eat dinner, you damn well better believe it will be warm, fresh and not slipped together, lazily made and disgusting, or you'll be refunding me. I won't be back to this location... absolutely pitiful. I hope you have to close it down.went back today to give a 2nd chance because tacos sounded good. my son said 'they're just going to screw it up again!'well, the 12 yr old was right. I ordered him 3 soft tacos with no lettuce.... except when we got home, THERE WAS NO CHEESE ON THEM BUT PLENTY OF LETTUCE! Unbelievable.... my 'hard shell' tacos ripped on bottom from being wet and the meat was not even what I'd consider 'warm'.... if you set room temp cooked ground beef outside for 5 mins in 70 degree weather, it was about that warm.NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Minimum wage at $15? This crew doesn't deserve $3 an hour. Unacceptable and pitiful. Morons already ran steak n shake into the ground, this taco bell is next. time to wake up and get it together, dummies.2/29/24 Went back again because I was in a rush... got rewarded with a pube in my chicken taco and wilted lettuce with less than an oz of chicken.. I got more pubes than chicken. Unreal.
