I had my 60th birthday party at the Weingarten and I cannot say enough nice things about the venue and the staff. From the planning to the execution they were friendly, responsive, helpful and accommodating. I worked with Angi, Ky and Tory and they did everything they could to make my party exactly what I wanted it to be. The venue is beautiful, the food, beverages and service are top quality. I highly recommend the Weingarten for your next event.

As a wedding venue I cannot score them low enough. They tried to tell me a Garden Barn is the equivalent of a Garden Tent. We have a contract for a Garden Barn that they couldn't get built and spent 30 minutes trying to explain that it wasn't their fault, it was the city's fault. The service was so poor the caterer apologized profusely about the Weingarten's lack of professionalism. If you're looking for a wedding venue, maybe consider Times Beach, MO or the burning radioactive landfill in Bridgeton, MO. They have a less toxic environment. Drag shows hosted by the Weingarten are definitely NOT family friendly events. Management seems so woke that they are toxic to speak with. If you don't agree 100% with the views of management you are made to feel unwelcome.

My son and his fiancé booked their wedding last summer for this summer. They were so excited to leave a deposit for their reception to take place in the “ Garden Barn”. The barn was suppose to be finished in the spring of this year. Reality is the barn is not even started. The fine folks at the Weingarten graciously changes them to the garden tent without as much as a phone call to let them know. At no time during our tour of their facility did they mention the possibility of the barn not happening or a tent!! To make matters worse the fine folks at the Weingarten are refusing to refund the deposit!! To us… they breached their contract when they are unable to provide a barn!! Think twice before you book anything with these fine folks….

My friends booked a wedding here for their son, this place took their money for the deposit after details were confirmed, and now have went back on their word but still have the money. That is unprofessional and extremely disappointing for anyone to have to deal with during what should be an enjoyable planning time. This is beyond frustrating for multiple people. Not a recommendation of reputable stature.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Weingarten on 9.29.23. The ceremony site was incredibly beautiful and couldn’t have been more perfect for our small, intimate ceremony. The grounds of the venue provided space for many different photos for the photographer to capture the most amazing shots. And the reception in the party barn was perfect for our guest count and the type of atmosphere we were looking for. I’m very happy we chose this venue!

Value for the food was pretty bad. $12 for 4 thin slices of sausage, 3 half pieces of walnut, 12 craisins and some cheese cubes......not great. Waited over 35 minutes for a soft pretzel only to watch other patrons who ordered AFTER us get theirs.I'm not a bitter person and only want to save others the trouble of wasting their time and money on this place. Super bummed, as I had high hopes. ?

Wow, we will never go back. Went for their so called food truck event. No good trucks and they had to stop taking food orders. Very rude about it. Obviously didn’t realize it was a Friday and they needed to be prepared to serve people. Finally ordered food an hour later around 7:20. Then didn’t get the food until 8:25. The food was ridiculous, chicken salad wrap with mostly lettuce. Omg I just can’t believe how ridiculous this place is. Never ever going back. No stars in my opinion. Needs new management, new staff and a whole new menu option.

Nice chill winery you need to check out! I came here on a Saturday with some friends and it was perfect. There is a decent size indoor area for this hot or cold days. There is also a huge outdoor seated area with a little pond and a fountain. There is a good amount of wine to choose from and a good beer selection. All the staff we interacted with was kind and friendly. They also have a huge event space. When I am over in Belleville again I will have to go back.!

I definitely like this place . But this last Sunday, grass was not cut and looked tacky . Come on Winegarten this would have made sitting outside more desirable . Who doesn’t like a nice manicured winery . Also, please install some high grade fans for those hot days in the shade . In all the seating areas Thank you

This place use to be awesome! Not sure what’s going on now ??♀️ new management maybe? Some friends and I showed up on a Saturday night just before 8:00 and the staff was very un friendly. Told us the kitchen was closed and wasn’t happy we ordered sangria. They acted nevertheless out out that we ordered drinks. Then they proceeded to mop an put up tables around us. We were definitely in welcomed . Such a bummer because we all loved going there.

This is a nice spot. The food selection is small, which is good. It's more of a "let's just let the kids run amuck on a Sunday as I'd rather have a beer place." However, it isn't a "show up ragged" place. There may be a bachelorette party or event going on. They give a very hefty military discount on Sunday as well. I think 15%? But it may only be 10%. Anyway, it's a great after church spot to enjoy a flatbread or hummus/cheese and vegetable plate. You can just pretend your in your back yard. The wine/beer selection never disappoints. It's just laid back.
