The quality of food at Wendy's is commendable, however, I have noticed some areas where the restaurant could improve. The service can be slow and the employees seem to be preoccupied or unhappy, which can be frustrating for customers. In my experience, I haven't had the best customer service at this particular Wendy's location.

My recent visit to Wendy’s was a letdown and did not align with the expectations I had for the establishment. At 2pm, I found the doors locked, forcing customers to use the drive-thru to place orders. The service lacked warmth; the greeting was curt, merely a “What can I get you!” without any semblance of hospitality.The disappointment persisted post-order. My debit card was retained by the cashier as if held hostage, only to be returned once the food was begrudgingly handed over in a greasy bag that seemed fit for recycling rather than serving food. The absence of a simple ‘thank you’ or an offer for further assistance was noticeable, and the cashier’s puzzled look when I requested my debit card back was disconcerting. To my dismay, she had already crumpled and discarded my receipt, which I had to ask for, much to her surprise.As I drove away, immediate regret set in. The entire meal was cold, except for the beverage. It was evident that both customer service and food quality are areas in dire need of improvement at this location. I would strongly recommend a comprehensive overhaul of training and staffing to instill a culture that values customer satisfaction and quality service.

Male cashier was rude and un professional. Acted like he had something else to do but work. Doing his job was not his top priority! He was more concerned about his cell phone. Gave him my order and he got it all wrong. If the manager was there they weren't concerned about the quality of work their employees where giving to their customers.

I ordered chili and paid ahead of time on the mobile app, but when I showed up they said they were actually out of chili. So, they offered to make me something else for no extra charge. It was so nice of them! I've been here many other times and have always received great service. I love this location and I think they deserve a much higher rating!

The group of guys working there tonight were fantastic! The cashier was genuinely keeping conversation, and the whole crew provided great customer service. The tables, floor, and service stations were very clean too. I would have liked for my burger to be cooked a little bit longer since it was slightly pink, and my frosty was like soup. Overall, this location had a great atmosphere with good food.

We visited on 1/29/2024Wendy's is always clean. The staff was quick and friendly! James Hall was the person that took our order. The drive thru was packed yet moving quickly. We still got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh as well.On my way out of the area, I grabbed food inside togo as well. It was just as hot and fresh with the same smile greeting from James again quick service. Thank you to all the people that work there. Y'all are great :)

My two sons and I ordered breakfast from the drive thru around 9:30am on Monday, January 29, 2024. We interacted with at least 3 or 4 of the staff members. They were all extremely polite, helpful, respectful, and made our food perfectly to spec. Everything was great. So many times, people can be impolite and cold towards each other, but these guys were great and made our visit a human experience instead of just a cold transaction for some food. Thanks fellas!

Terrible. Idk how it’s so hard to read an order correctly. I ordered online for a pick up. When my boyfriend went to pick it up they only gave him half the order. He had to drive back through to get the rest and they STILL didn’t have it all. I spent over $45. Like how can you not read the order. It wasn’t that complicated. 3 baconators. One being a meal with fries and a lemonade. A cheeseburger kids meal. Frosty and 3 cookies.

Wendy's holds a special place for me as it was the first job I ever had as a teenager. I was making loaded baked potatoes on the job long before they became a thing. Great food and unbeatable chili for a fast food joint.

This location is struggling! Once a great fast food place is now a complete mess. Employees have zero work ethic and cared less about the quality of the product. Usually the problem is management. Once fresh and crisp is now a mushy mess. Fries were so soaked with visible grease and under cooked I couldn't finish.
