I’m getting use to ordering with the McDonald app. But today the app didn’t pickup my location. And Alahnah helped me with my app and took my order. It was so nice that she went out of her way to help me cancel the wrong order on the phone and taking my order inside the store.Parking: Handicap is what I used.

It's alright, went in for a quick lunch, there was a bunch of teenagers just hovering around the self serve kiosk, another customer in there told us to get behind him since the group of teens were just in the way. The lady at the register was nice, placed our order and waited less than 10 minutes. While waiting , a guy from the group who had his pants down to his knees started rolling up a marijuana blunt, a few minutes later he lit it up without a care in the world, he was showing off in front of his boys. Not one employee told him to turn it off ,no smoking especially marijuana. I have never been to any establishment and have this happen, got our food and ate it wasn't that good. I don't think I will be eating here again, the manager should have stepped up and kicked them out or at least tell him to put it out. I will be taking my business to other locations outside of Bellwood.

I come every morning to get an Iced coffee,But the manager Maria has no ethic , obviously she doesn’t have no customers service. Not sure how you become a manager if you dont know how to treat a customer. Bad bad

BELLWOOD, IL McDonald's...Check your orders (especially sandwiches) before leaving the restaurant. Woke up this morning Saturday, November 18, 2023 with a taste for a McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich. Drove to McDonald's (Bellwood, IL) saw that the drive-through line was extremely long so I opted to walk-in to McDonald's to place my order. The restaurant was busy and ordering space was semi-crowded. The cashier was friendly and greeted me with a smile. It didn't take long for me to get my order. I got my order and headed home. I couldn't wait to get home to enjoy my McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich. I got home, unpacked my McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich and saw things on it that I didn't recognize. I immediately wrapped the McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich back up and took the sandwich back to McDonald's. I spoke to a manager, gave her the McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich, while explaining that there were things on the sandwich and showing her the picture that I had taken of the things on the McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich. The manager looked at the picture, unwrapped the McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich and said "those are onions." I said "onions don't look like this and I don't want this sandwich." The manager had a fresh McDonald's Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel sandwich made for me which I took home and enjoyed.
What a terrible service, I placed an order and it was delivered incorrectly and Mrs. Alba grotesquely does not accept the error.
