This Arby's sucks. I don't want to trash the service because theresuper friendly, but the last couple times I went, the fries were cold the sandwiches mediocre, sauces forgotten and I'm convinced the drink is toilet water. I though I was going to be sick from it.

I come here a lot, a big dude I never seen before was making my food - he said his name was Toni. the food was so good & it was done really fast. I normally don't even leave reviews. will keep coming back to this location regardless of who works here cuz it's close to my house but tonight the food was especially good. maybe I was just super hungry. idk. good stuff

I was disappointed with the large potholes getting to the drive through. The sandwiches were good but they were served through the window with a "here ya go." It was an o.k. experience.

The drink sizes are not accurate. the drink sizes posted on the drive thru board are completely different than the drink sizes listed inside. Please make the drive thru board as accurate as the inside board please! Customers need to be on the same page as cashier. Lady at the window kept giving me the wrong drink sizes. Never coming to Arby’s again. terrible experience there are so many other restaurants around Belvidere. So many other Arby’s why this one!
