I have not been to this location in ages but was really wanting Burger King. Went in for lunch, I asked the lady about how to earnPoints on the app which I had just gotten and she had no knowledge of how I can earn points. Maybe I should have looked at the app then I would’ve known how to earn points so not her fault completely but she should know. Something management needs to maybe tell the employees if someone asks about the app and how to earn points to have some knowledge on how to help the customer. My order was perfect so I was very happy about that. But the drink station was A MESS.. I had to put a napkin around my glass so it doesn’t touch the handle in the back to get ice. Really need to clean that station it is just gross. I would go back but would NOT get a drink from there. There were a lot of tables that were really dirty and just looked sticky. Seemed they hadn’t been cleaned.

Typically burger King experience, food is always what you expect with fast food not good not bad. Service is the same with every burger King though slow and extra slow. Will eat here again probably but will expect same food as every BK and same slow speed as every
Apparently a chicken sandwich sounds like a wrap and large sounds like small because this place can never get anything right. Either fix your system or shut the doors because you are failing to provide anything that resembles decent service and it’s embarrassing.

I went and order my food, manager was rude for no reason! As i waited for my food a huge mice/rat was running around the lobby!! I quietly told a staff so they were aware and honestly couldn't eat my food after that so I kindly asked for a refund to one of the staff members, they went to go get the manager again and AGAIN she came to me all rude and unapologetic for what I had seen! acting like she was mad at me and just said "you want your money back" and kept on going with the refund without even looking at me or saying anything. I honestly won't be coming back. After we left they close the lobby hopefully to clean and not just kill the mice/rat it was huge gray and white looking- standing on 2 feet it was disgusting! I was in so much shock that didn't take a picture but other 2 guys saw it as well and they kicked them out the lobby by saying "lobby is close"

They gave us half our order right and the rest wrong we ordered chicken sandwhich and spicy chicken wrap and it wasn't on the bag and our food is cold. Disappointed.

Havent gone to this location once without them forgetting parts of my order. I just take the L and call it a day. Not worth time making a big deal about it.
My lime Powerade clearly had no syrup in it. Tasteless and colorless. My fries were cold, as were my chicken fries. Maybe this place keeps going up in flames bc it should go away. Wait was way too long for cold food. What a waste of money.
