I'm sooo upset. I ordered a turle pecan blizzard with Strawberries and when I got it it didn't have the Strawberries then they take it back and drench in strawberry syrup. Now I have a milkshake not a blizzard and it's way too sweet. She didn't even to the blizzard test on it to check. I'm so mad because I ordered this before and whoever dis it in the past dis it just right. I'm never going back to this one. Train your staff better.

Terrible experience. Ordered a double burger, they have new a single. Instead of giving me a fresh burger, they put another on the now cold one, and I lost most of my toppings on it. Very disappointed in their customer service, and what they find

Very poor service at this location. 42 employees working at the same time and they still manage to screw up orders. I called after getting home and was told they would make what was missing in my order. I returned with my incorrect order and was handed the order back and had to wait 5 minutes for them to make the onion rings they left out. Now, the remaining food is cold because I have to drive all the way back home. Really bad service. At minimum, my order should have been replaced correctly.

Went thru the drive up and ordered 2 6pc chick strip with extra gravy on both each box 2 actual strip and 2 others cut in half for a total of 6 and recd 1 extra gravy and was charged for 2, mind u there was no one in the drive up but inside must of been busy bc the parking lot was packed. 2nd day they were open. Maybe will try 1 more time

No staff at counter despite it being 11 and the open sign being turned on. Waited several minutes before giving up and leaving.
If I could give them -10 I would. I cannot believe e that in 2022 in Northern Illinois I just experienced what I did. My son-in-law waited in line for almost 30 minutes. The clerk literally washed dishes while we were in line. There was another clerk helping a large order. As soon as we decided to step out of line. She started taking the order from a group of white women that were behind us. All the time that we were in the line she never acknowledged us. I asked her for manager's name but she didn't know much information. My husband asked her for her name, but she would not give it. I will be contacting DQ's corporate office about this.

We were headed to Chicago for vacation and then heading home from vacation a week later and ran into issues both times. The first issue was the DQ employees were closing at 7:37 when the sign said closing at 8:30. On the way home, we arrived at 7:15, we were told that only cones and sundaes were being served. The sign still reads that it closes at 8:30. I asked one of the two employees, why a blizzard couldn't be made. The first response was that they were closing. I said an hour early? The employee said they are now closing at 8:00 pm instead of 8:30. Then, proceeded to explain that they needed to clean up, which takes 2 hours. I noted that you should offer the menu until closing time and then clean up. The employee then said they were short staffed and minors and had to be home. These two instances will be the last time that I ever stop at this DQ.

The absolute worst dairy Queen I've been to. Dairy Queen was supposed to be the end to my epic vacation and well, that didn't happen. They cheated me out of my ice cream. It was a big empty space in my ice cream so I didn't get as much as I was supposed to get. I was rushed when I was trying to figure out what to order and I had a couple questions. Both people behind the station was rather rude. Not to mention I don't think they put all my toppings on. I've had more exciting treats from other locations. I'll never visit this location again and we'll be writing corporate. I prefer to write corporate directly as opposed to reaching out to that franchise owner as you all suggested in previous reviews. That franchise owner does not care about his customers.

The guy that took our order was texting while he took our order. Proceeded to start making ice cream without washing his hands. I had to ask him. He gave us a bad attitude for nothing more than coming over for an ice cream cone.
