What I don’t understand is why are they asking for a tip? Don’t they make enough money on the food? The food is really expensive at this place and addition to it. They have a section where they asking for a dip. I don’t understand. I know you don’t have to tip them, if you don’t want to, but still other than that, the food is good

Had a problem at this location. You are charged a credit card fee, from a small handwritten sign at the register, then charged a tip unless you can see under the tapped over numbers to select your own tip or no tip. Then they were out of straws, out of napkins, out of lids, and when attempting to speak w/ customer service corp you are ignored. Do not waste your money at this store!

Stopped at the Belvidere Oasis for something to eat and I like visiting the tollway oasis's anyway but they seem to keep disappearing. There were many food choices but I gravitated to Sbarro. The food choices all looked fresh, I chose the large sausage and peppers with a large breadstick. The food was awesome. The servers were very polite and presented themselves very well. Counters and floors were exceptionally clean, all the glass on the cases were shiny with few if any streaks or hand prints (I saw none). This was a great crew and a well run place! The entire oasis was clean and sharp. I hope this one of the few remaining oasis's stays standing till we quit driving cars.

Stopped here for a quick bite. Fascinating rest area and that too on the busiest I90 highway. Tried their Spinach Stromboli and Red pasta. The food was ok and the service was quick. I have to admit that it was a bit pricey. You can give them a try if you want to try something new.

I payed 9.99 for a 2 pizza slices a day a soda..... and was charged a extra. 48 cents because using a card and not cash ....... so every 100 customers that pay with a card they make a extra 48 dollars a day off?..... that adds up alot in a year..... saw no signs saying they charge extra for not using cash......

Quite expensive at $6.99/ slice! Very disappointing especially since they ask for a tip at the end. Also why is there a "non-cash adjustment" fee of 61 cents? That's in poor taste if you ask me.

$6 a slice for pizza, but then you still sneak in a $0.26 charge for not paying with cash. Tricked by a business. Sorry man, to many signs to read. I just look for what I'm buying and get out. Pizza is good though.

**ATTENTION**I had visited this establishment not long ago while on the way to Rockford and the unprofessionalism of this place is atrocious. The manger (woman) was yelling at her staff as the cashier was helping me at the register which was the 1st red flag. The second red flag one of the gentlemen handling the pizzas had his AirPods in while working and the manager doesn’t seem to care which is a serious health issue; I should of left after that. I paid for my pizza, and the helpful cashier apologized for what I had witnessed. The cherry on top of all this was my pizza was undercooked and at this point I had lost my appetite. I will not be returning to this location until there there is more professionalism of management and the serious health issues of the pizza handler wearing AirPods while working. If possible i would’ve left zero stars but the courtesy of the cashier apologizing to me allowed me to give 1 star.
