We got a party pack of hard shell tacos. EVERY SINGLE ONE was to soggy on the bottom and totally broke! When there is more than one in town this should not happen. Will drive a little further (for us) so we don't have this happen again. I can understand if it happens to a couple but not literally every one.

Today on 12/29/2022 at 7:30pm order number ending 718. Cashier service on drive thru was good. But I ordered 2 deluxe boxes Thomas told me the box was supposed to come with 1 grilled chicken burrito, 1 beef chulupa supreme, 1 beef crunchy taco and 1 chips with nacho cheese dip with beverage. But when I got home was missing 2 beef chulupas one in each box. Also the beverages I ordered tasted like a dirty wet rag. I'm upset spent $9 per box and was missing an item in each box with a terrible tasting beverage. Who ever bagged the order messed up the order and forgot to include 2 items. Besides the one mistake service was quick and easy.

I am a DoorDash driver so I bounce around all night chew all of the different Taco Bell‘s in McDonald’s filling orders and I just want to say this Taco Bell has the sweetest most friendliest workers who are never looking like they absolutely hate their lives and want to jump off a bridge especially that one guy who reminds me of the demigod from Moana he is super sweet and he made my iced coffee tonight and totally rocked it… Perfect combination
We have 2 here in our town South side and North side. I find the South side has better tacos

They don't put enough chicken in the taco's or burritos. Come on guys, people pay top dollar for the food here, at least you could put a little more chicken on the items.

We was there a few days ago the employees was horrible food was horrible very rude slammed the shut the window and as we're sitting there waiting for our food manager and one of the employees both stand there playing on their cell phones get it together
