A bright, friendly environment for postlift quick shake/meal.All the menu options I've tried were delicious and you can't sleep on the waffles.Macronutrient conscious options across the whole menu.Friendly staff in a cozy space.The location is hard to see if you're not looking for it but if you are a gymrat or health enthusiast then this is a great place to grab a bite or drink.

Very welcoming. The owner and the woman working made sure I had a good first experience. Plenty of options. Shake was water and ice based which I appreciated being lactose intolerant. Got the PB Blast and the Churo shakes. So good.
