This is my go to Dunkin and it's the best one in the area. The owner and his staff are extremely friendly and efficient. They always get my order correct every time! I now place orders for my company every week and have a very strict time to meet. They always exceed my expectations and have the food ready on time, the best part it's ALWAYS fresh! Do not hesitate to order from this location.

This place lacks customer service with the exception of the younger employees who are friendly. Older middle aged gentleman at the window who is in charge of drive thru doesn't greet you or barely speaks when charging you or giving you your order. A proper greeting goes a long way. Order is usually prepared in a timely manner. Just make sure your order is correct, I've had several situations where order is incorrect and the inconvenience of having to return and get your order corrected may happen a few times. If customer service improves, this place would be much better.
