Totally disappointed. The food arrived cold, did not taste fresh, the white rice and fried rice were stuck together in clumps. The main dishes were covered in sauce that did not taste like it was seasoned right. I called and Jimmy who called himself manager said they can offer a credit for next visit, I said there will be no next time. I asked to speak to manager, he said mall he was and owners are never there. Will not order from there ever again.

I’ve been ordering from here for years, but food quality has really gone down the drain. The eggrolls were not fresh & the taste was awe full, I ended up throwing them out. Also the Kung Po beef had absolutely no hot flavoring. I will never order from them again. I am very disappointed.

If there's one thing I'm a big fan of it's Chinese food, I have lived around the bensenville area for a decade now and trying from all around Hoys Restaurant is my pick, nice affordable prices with great service the gentleman with the glasses is always very respectful. I always have to recommend the sesame chicken or the beef and shrimp combination combo and got to get a smoothie! I love hoys I hope they stay around until I'm old

I ordered Beef chop suey and I was very disappointed, very little vegetables and a few mushrooms that were cut into pieces, one water chestnut. Not enough beef and the taste was not there. My egg roll was good. The service was very bad. They only had one menu. December 2023. I have been eating Hoys food for many years and it has really changed for the worse. They were not friendly like they use to be. I will try Rose's across the street

terrible service. Terrible attention to phones. No attempt to open up on time. People have to work in this area and have lunch is at a specific time. This is not a place you can stop and get lunch.

Best spot around the area. Orange chicken with fried rice always on point. Service is quick and people are very polite.

Friendly and professional service. Restaurant was clean, but it was a bit warm inside. I had the Mongolian Beef lunch special and it was delicious, albeit different than many MBs I've had elsewhere. It was more like a beef with spicy black bean sauce with plenty of (some might say too many) perfectly cooked onions! Portion was generous. The fried rice was perfection - smokey, not greasy, and perfectly seasoned. My buddy had the Shanghai Noodles with Shrimp. The ingredients were excellent. Especially notable is the generous number of large, succulent, and perfected cooked shrimp! The downside is that the seasoning wasn't quite on par - a little dry, bland, and not savory. The egg rolls were also delicious. Unlike many chinese lunch specials, soup is not included and would have been a nice. However, this omission seems to be reflected in the price as most lunch specials are less than $9!

The food is always good and the staff is friendly I order out most of the time, but when we were there the staff was not attentive at all.
