I go to coffee very often and it's cold all the time and if I ask them to change it they get upset, the same thing happens with chicken nuggets and potatoes they always give me cold things ?

Staff does not listen to orders. They then proceed to be rude if you correct them on orders. Worker was trying to argue with me in front of my daughters when I asked about missing food from the bag. This McDonalds has the rudest staff around and corporate needs to pay a visit and teach these people new manners or hire new staff.

Chubby Hispanic lady working drive thru was a nightmare. Got whole order wrong and has the worst attitude for no reason. I spent 40 bucks to be disrespected and get my order wrong.
Don’t bother going at night cause the employees are lazy and won’t take your order even though this place is suppose to be “24 hours”.

Never fully get what you order. How can you forget sauce for a nugget meal? Ridiculous and incompetent workers who are unable to read an order/receipt. NEVER PUT FAITH IN WORKERS AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. Wish I could eat my food in their lukewarm state when I first get it, instead of cold when I have to go back and get what I had ordered.

Got the wrong order again! What made this experience horrible is when we brought the food back, the employee takes the food out of the bag and tosses it in the garbage! Any other decent restaurant would have said.. "Keep it since this is our error." Nope! He threw it in the garbage. Then he turns to his coworker and starts talking in another language. The coworker looked at my husband briefly so she could see who the employee was talking about. Do you people think we're stupid??? For the rude employees who do this...how would you like it if your customers all started whispering in our families ears in front of you and stare. Yeah...that's what it's like.Parking: Nothing wrong about the parking, it's the rude employees.
