By far the worst McDonalds franchise anywhere!poor customer service, they never get your order correct. Never fails what time of the day or night you drive-up they make you wait a long time and tell you to move up to wait even longer. You can be the ONLY vehicle in line and still make you wait. When they finally come out to bring out your order they give you this poor attitude with a smug look like they were bothered and put out for waking them up and making them workSad that I have to go across town to another franchise. this location is only blocks away.I wish I can give No stars on service and atmosphere!

This morning as I was receiving my food I asked for jam, the lady at the window seemed rush (like she was running a marathon) after I got the jam I asked for salt and pepper, she said move to front. Over salt and pepper? There was only one car behind me! The salt and pepper was in front of her face, I guess she was too worry about winning the marathon lol

This McDonald’s is near my job so I’m here 2-3 times a week, I will never be coming here again! Every time I come here the same guy gets my order wrong, has an attitude about it and then does not apply my points! Today I ordered a daily double bundle, was given just the sandwich (which is more than the bundle) and was told I’m the wrong one. A few days ago he applied my points for a free sandwich and then told me I was lying and nothing he can do so if it wasn’t for the manager (after about 5 minutes of arguing and him telling me he is the manager) I would’ve never got my food!
