Had lunch here. I ordered hilachas and had such great expectations but was disappointed. I mean the food tasted good but it didn’t have the flavor of Guatemalan hilachas. Also, there was so much grease in my food I don’t know if it was oil or the beef they used had too much fat. The service wasn’t great either. The waitress was kind but after bringing the food she disappeared completely.
I really love the food. A little of Guatemala in Illinois. Lo recomiendo 100% la comida esta deliciosa y con un buen sabor - chuchitos, caldo de gallina, chile relleno, hilachas y el churrasco. También los desayunos están muy ricos.
