The fries are undercook and they put a little bit seasoning on the chicken. I ordered lemon pepper and they barely put any butter and lemon pepper on it. Really disappointed with the food. Will go to Addison location instead.

Honestly, when this place opened I was so excited thar one of my favorite cheat meals was closer than Northlake. Now, I wish it never opened so I can still get Northlake delivered to me. Small boneless chicken sizes...all breading, there is always something wrong with my order, and the staff is not helpful. I walked in for pickup one day and had to wait for 7 minutes while a worker was in eye view on their phone! I understand they were probably on a break but where was the other employee? Staff this place properly and send someone from corporate to properly manage it.
