We eat here occasionally. Tonight we decided to order online. Service was timely, online ordering was easy, but the pizza was awful. It’s normally very good. Just highly disappointing.

Absolutely worst service ever. I have never received my order in a timely manner. I have ordered twice now, for curbside pick up, at my car, in the parking lot, had to go in both times. The second time, my order said it had been done for 10 minutes. Went in to get it to find out they gave it to someone else. Last time inorderd original pan crust, they had to make 3 times to get it right. It still wasn't right, then told me to was a problem with the dough, but didn't bother to mention the problem the 1sy, or second time they remade the pizza. Absolute garbage of a Pizza Hut.

This place is a joke. The manager was talking about how I didn’t tip but yet I was there picking up my pizza. (Which it took 20-30 minutes after I ordered it online!) she was rude and for a manager to speak about a customer who is standing in front of the customer is highly unprofessional. You are a manager. Have some respect. No one was wearing gloves, hairnets, etc. This establishment is disgusting.

Never again will I eat at this restaurant the food was disgusting the employees were rude and acted like we were a burden for being there. Their employees were not wearing gloves. My son and a little girl both almost fell on the mopped floor because they didn’t bother to even put a sign up. The men’s room had a pool of water in it I don’t know if it was a leak or sewer backup. the poorly dressed bearded guy who looked like he hadn’t bathed in 3 days was making food I was charged for extra stuff I never received and asked for I was so pissed I just paid and left so do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere this place doesn’t deserve to even be open

My favorite type of pizza restaurant ever. That great mid central American Feel. Relaxed. So very clean. Once worked at a Pizza Hut in Beaumont, Texas during my Lamar University College Days. It was fun waiting on my Community of BEAUMONT'ER PEOPLE. I live in Houston now but still miss that small town friendly atmosphere of Beaumont, Texas but Pizza Hut Reminds me of small town U.S.A. great place Pizza Hut's true Americana.
No coffee , no milk, neither cost much by using a Kerige coffee unit. Many people don't want sodas. I have been here three times but debating about again. Especially in cold weather want a hot drink!!!!Can make hot chocolate out of chocolate milk n cup hot water n a tea bag. If they want to stay competitive better re assess things.
