We absolutely LOVE Capri Ristorante on Roosevelt in Berwyn. We ordered for pickup during Covid-19 lockdown. When we arrived at the restaurant, the door was locked and no one was there. We called the restaurant again and they told us that the restaurant on Roosevelt was closed and phone calls were being re-routed to the south Berwyn location (would have been nice if they had mentioned this). We then had to drive all the way to the south Berwyn location (nearly 30 minutes from where we live). Food was AWFUL! Low quality, incorrect ingredients, small portions, tasteless! We won't ever be visiting the south Berwyn location again, and will only DINE-IN at the Roosevelt location when they finally re-open. Disappointed that their food is so different between the 2 locations, especially since we never ordered from the south Berwyn location to begin with!

Love this place, I'm a take out kinda of guy. Andy and his team run a great restaurant. Everything is amazing on the menu, and they will adjust to your needs when possible. I love that door service is available now. I do recommend the indoor dining when all this craziness of covid is over. Bar available. Garcia Family.

My husband and I have dined at Capri on Roosevelt for years. First time we went to Capri Due and it was wonderful. We sat outside on the patio in November as the weather was fantastic and the outside dining was a lovely experience. We were celebrating our Anniversary and the staff made our celebration so special. The food was amazing, as always, and the Chef makes THE BEST Carbonara anywhere! Always a wonderful meal and service and Capri is one of our favorites and a regular repeat.

We normally love this place but apparently they are not staffing it well. We were there on Oct 7 - Wednesday and there was only ONE server. She was doing her best running inside and outside but the service was affected. The food order needed 2 issues corrected. Luckily the food was very good as it usually is. But it was not the experience we like to pay for. I hope management will support their employees better. It was not fair to her or the customers.
