I ordered online 3 burrito bowls 2 steak 1 carnitas when I got home there was no meat on none of them when I went back they said they ran out. Why would you take the order n give me just rice and beans also got to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund

I used to work at Chipotle so I know how things work. I know you guys don’t charge for rice. You toss it out at the end of the night actually. When I order my bowl, I don’t complain about meat because I get the portioning. But we both know extra rice is free. I don’t even order beans. So when I say extra, I don’t mean half an empty bowl. You guys are too stingy for something you don’t even charge extra for. Oh and then when I asked the manager for a side of rice because they didn’t put enough, she tried to rudely tell me she has to charge me. I explained to her that they didn’t put enough and that it shouldn’t be charged. Whenever I go in person, the tables are usually so messy and gross. I hate eating inside this specific Chipotle because it’s so dirty. There’s always smeared stuff near the forks?!?!? Overall, just give me a good amount of damn rice. When I order online, it’s below half way. Bffr. And when I go in person, I have to say “More please” at least 2 times. Literally HALF A SPOON OF RICE. I’m not even exaggerating. Most employees are nice though. Chipotle is one of my comfort foods and I love it sm. After a long week of work, school, etc, I was looking forward to my bowl. I’m not even kidding I cried like at least 3 times because of the lack-of-rice situation. I just want a filling bowl. Listen, I get customer service jobs especially in food, can be frustrating. But it’s rice dude. All I want is rice. Please. Just give me rice :(

Not a clean table in sight! I don’t understand what the problem is with employees not cleaning this place. This is just the tables, but I wish I could’ve taken a picture of the overflowing garbage cans, the filthy soda stations, trashed bathrooms with no hand soap or toilet paper, the list is never-ending. This place is so filthy and disorganized, and what’s worse, is that the employees and management don’t seem to care.

All tables dirty. Made mentioned at counter and no one came out to clean the whole time we were eating. No veggies, chicken very fatty, no forks only spoons and no sour cream. There were no napkins at serving station and it was very dirty as well. I will not be back. Step it up!!! Your staff shouldn’t be hanging around talking when much needed clean up
