ive been to this dunkin multiple times and always get the same order but the taste is always different, especially the drinks like the caramel macchiato I get. not sure if it’s because they don’t follow the recommended instructions or because it always seems like they’re understaffed but it just makes me want to get a refund each time it happens but the long waiting times in drive thru or dine in doesn’t make it worth anymore. also the hash browns I get are always half...read full review
The service is fast, the price of the food is affordable. Going on a not so busy day can be pleasant because you can take the opportunity to read or relax watching the traffic ;)It's a good place to hang out while you wait for an appointment or service somewhere nearby.

One of fastest morning drive thrus I’ve been to! The ladies that work the AM shift are extremely professional, nice , and efficient! The coffee comes out perfect& donut are decent ( I think they come premade made now so that’s out of the staff control ) Best DD in Berwyn .
