Was visiting back.in my home town of Chicago. And wanted pizza. But since I wasn't close to my favorites like Gino's and them. I said what the heck. Let's try this place that has a history. Place was place. And service was pretty good. But food not at all. Pizza tasted like there frozen one bought out the grocery store. And mozzarella sticks . Cheese was not even melted inside. To over priced for that . Won't be back.

Most the people just standing around in the back one was just on his phone then on top of them at they keep telling me about 20 minutes after I was already told that regardless of you guys being busy people who are already here waiting on there food should get there food first instead of door dash people getting food first if the door dash people ain't here yet then y'all priorities is the customer that's standing in front of you not and online one or anything else I won't be back

I have been to this location a couple times to dine in, this was my first time placing to go order. I had my two daughters go inside to pick up food because the parking lot was full! It took forever for them to give them our order. My daughter said no one acknowledged them and then when they walked over to where pick up area, they stood there a long time before anyone would even assist them! My daughter said they assumed that they wanted to be seated so, one of the workers pointed to the to go sign letting her know they couldn’t be seated. If they would just asked “how may I help you” or “what do you need” would have been ok! We get home and my wings are not well done like I called and asked for them to be! Have wings (bone in) smaller than my thumb! My daughters said the pizza taste like the frozen ones we buy from the grocery store. Very disappointing and I won’t be back!
