Bad customer service. They're scheduled to close ar 10pm. They actually close early to leave exactly at 10pm. It's not like they have a grill. It's simply subs being sold. Horrible customer service. Pretty sure they're paid to work until. 10pm.

I’ve ordered a couple times and every time it’s over an hour to get it delivered. When I call they just say well we can cancel it if you don’t want to wait. Once they said you have to wait or come pick it up when I had already paid for a delivery. Service is horrible over and a half to her sandwiches delivered is crazy. By the time the food is delivered it’s soggy

Really enjoy the tuna sandwich on wheat. But lately i realized, the bread shrunk. i usually order 3 with chips and it took two bags to carry it. Now...all that food fits in one bag. Product shrinks, while the prices go higher.

Sometimes it feels like the service is so fast that they are a little skimpy on the ingredients or the ingredients are pushed off to one side of the sandwich, but regardless the prices are good and they always remind you to put your rewards. Later in the day the bread gets pretty hard.
