I tried this because of the "Too Good to go" app. It was so delicious!! I would for sure recommend it! The food was outstanding ! The service was excellent!! I absolutely love this place. I first tried them on Uber eats which I was skeptical of because I was not sure if it would still be good with the delivery transport, but when it arrived it was in great condition and still nice and cold ! After that I was hooked. I’ve already had them two more times this week. I decided to go in person one of those times and I was so happy I did. The place has a really nice ambience and customer service was excellent. I felt so welcomed and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place. They are quick, fresh and just overall amazing! So far I’ve gotten the Selena Bowl (three times and consistent every time), bagel with cream cheese, one of their juices, and one of their shots. I plan on trying more of their items and am sure they will be just as great.

I went in on a Sunday and ordered overnight oats, a bowl, a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and a chai latte. There was only one other person in the store and it took 40 minutes to get my food. The overnight oats were ok, the bagel with cream cheese was as expected, the bowl was so bland I was shocked to see it had color and wasn’t just water. But the worst part was the coffee. First off, we both got coffees instead of a chai latte. But the biggest concern is the piping hot coffees were served in plastic cups. The cups were warped by the time we got them and I don’t even want to think of what was leeching out of the plastic. At least the cost is low, so we didn’t waste that much money. Ended up tossing the food and going somewhere else. Such a shame because it seemed like a nice idea in a rather vegan-less part of town.

Since its one of the few juice/smoothie bars in the area I tend to come back every so often despite my experiences. Generally, the bowls have been good which is the reason I've come back numerous times; however, service is always a bit strange. When you walk in, you're not greeted so if you're new you're probably just standing there wondering when they'll notice you. That's an easy issue to fix and something to be considered as it can make or break a customer's experience. But particularly this past weekend they had an anniversary promo where items were half off. It seemed like a great deal until I arrived and as usual wasn't greeted (which was expected). There were other customers waiting for their order to be completed and once they walked out I assumed I would be asked if I wanted to order anything or just the slightest sense of acknowledgment. Instead, as I suspected I had to get the girl at the counter's attention and told her I was picking up an online order. The girl opened the freezer/refrigerator and handed me two Selena bowls without saying a word and I thanked her and was on my way. Typically, I like to call bad service out in the moment but being that it's a small business I've found myself biting my tongue at this place. Once I got to my car we tried our bowls and we could tell they had been prepared way ahead of time. They were on the watery side and tasted much different than they typically do. It almost seemed as if with their promo they decided to prepare in bulk instead of fresh which should have been communicated. I would rather pay full price for quality. I thought it was all in my head, but my daughter thought something was off as well. As we were about to leave, we saw the two individuals who had been ahead of us in line when we first arrived also with opened bowls in their hand walking back into the business possibly with the same feedback we had. All in all, in visiting this juice bar for the past couple years, my one takeaway is customer service is utterly lacking. I'm hoping the bowl situation was just a one-time mistake that they'll learn from. If you can look beyond being ignored and confused process-wise upon arrival, its worth a try.
