New Customer, I tried their Italian beef for the first time with mild/ peppers it was delicious. But there were some rubbery pieces that I didn't like and it wasn't chewable. The nacho cheese was diluted with no flavor, or they used a cheap brand.I know the difference. Overall it was good.

I had a chicken pita and a cup of chicken gumbo. The chicken is fresh with a nice portion of about 7oz and it wasn't greasy. This restaurant is not skimp out on the portion of protein! The pita and veggies were fresh. The gumbo was well portioned and it was very tasty. Highly recommended for a healthy, "quicker" bite to eat.

So disjointed, came to pick up a sub for someone and it was $18 for a king sub with fries and a drink. GTFOH.... absolutely never stopping here again. These prices are OUTRAGEOUS. These aren't Gourmet
Just ate at this location for the first time in a couple of months and it used to be my favorite place but the meat on the sandwiches tasted like they left them in the freezer and had freezer burn and they changed the Mac and cheese bites to a lesser quality. Very disappointing. The service was still great but I don't go there primarily for good service. Please get your act together. I will try again in a few weeks. If it doesn't improve I guess it will be back to Lyons!

I’ve been going to this place since 1983. Loved the subs. Today I ordered a king combo meat and cheese only, heated. It’s what I always get. THE BREAD HAS CHANGED. HUGE BUN AND LESS MEAT.Also, while I was waiting, I saw an employee heating “something” up on the flat top. (Looked like chicken) With her fingers, no gloves, and tossed it h til it was hot…then put it on a sandwich. Can’t she use a set of tongs? This sucks that this place has changed. There’s so many items on the menu, they should leave the subs alone.

Food was not made correctly after given instructions on food. Gyro was gummy, no cheese, no extra sauce even though I was charged and paid for it. Paid for pickles on a sandwich, was not there, asked for no mayo...they put mayo on it anyway. No care was given for food I paid money paid for. When you ask for management...you get this line....he's not here, come back tomorrow.
