The workers seem like they don't wanna be there. I said thank you and people ignored me. no panera standard at location.

The tomato soup and bread was delicious! The 1/2 cesar salad was too cold, and not worth the cost.

I've been to many Paneras and usually order the same thing, which would be the "pick two" special. The only good thing would be the soup which was broccoli cheddar. I ordered half of the chipotle chicken sandwich and it was by far the worst I've ever had. The chicken was undercooked and my bread was soggy and wet. The half sandwich I order literally crumbled in pieces. My husband ordered a different kind of chicken sandwich and wasn't able to finish it because he realized it wasn't well cooked through. He got nauseous and so did I. Don't go here

Out of all the paneras I've gone to this is the best one. The employees are nice, and fast. their food is always fresh and it's clean.

Food, like all Paneras is really good, but they usually don't have the bread type I would like to have.

Too expensive for the servings. high prices don’t match food taste. They used to serve bigger portions for less, now they charge more and reduced portions.

Service is slow and the food is cold. Walked in for a chicken noodle soup and it took 18min to receive.

Apart from them being a tad pricier than some local joints, and my wish for more real vegetarian/vegan options without cheese in every dish, Panera generally hits the mark. However, it's high time for chains offering "healthier options" to cater to the growing vegan and vegetarian population with more choices.Vegetarian options: When it comes to vegetarian options at Panera, there's a bit of a challenge. Aside from the 10-vegetable soup and the autumn soup (although I suspect it might contain cream), the majority of veggie choices on the menu include cheese. This can be limiting for vegetarians who prefer meals without cheese, and it's also worth considering the significant portion of the population who can't consume dairy. More diverse vegetarian offerings would be a welcome addition.
