So I ordered a Family chicken package worst ever family chicken was Dry no good taste. It was microwaved & then put on grill. Went back tried it again thought maybe was just me I spoke with the owner which he's also the chef & told him my experience, he said every chicken has to be microwaved and put on the grill because they have so many orders that the way keep fresh chicken DONT THINK ill be picking up no more chicken here keep an eye on your orders they tried to hide it on me that they throw food in microwave thats right in front of the grill.. brazzas on cicero ave has fresh chicken on the grill the way it should be just an idea..

Old man with glasses and younger worker didn’t even greet me, unfriendly vibe from the jump. Looked like they didn’t even want to be there. Whatever, I was at least looking forward to the food because of the stellar reviews but was left disappointed even with that ?. The steak cheese fries looked insanely delicious online, but they were so disappointing it ruined my morning. The fries themselves tasted ok and they barely put any cheese on it! The steak was also 50% fat/gristle! I was pissed. How’d they manage to mess up my CHEESE fries for gods sake ?? The alpastor taco was also mid. Only saving grace was the damn chocolate cake. Thankfully Doordash gave me a full refund because they could even tell by the picture I provided that the food wasn’t up to standards. Horrible first time experience, never risking spending my money here again. (You can look at the gristle and mediocre amount of cheese they added in the picture below)

Moved to berwyn about six months ago and am mad I waited so long to try this place. Service is fast (they get really busy with togos so times may very) and friendly. Big portions at very affordable prices. Everything is cooked perfectly. Steak is juicy, ribs are tender and chicken is roasted with a crunchy skin and tented inside.

We Ordered the Family style Parrilla the chicken was Awesome and the frijoles were also very good, the service was great and the food was really good, I'm very picky when it comes to how my chicken is cooked and the flavor was so good, by far was the best!
