Ordered online and payed with my Google pay. My name is Fernando. For some reason, Google pay puts me as Nando. When I went to pick up I said it was under Fernando....girl scrunched up her face like if she smelled something bad and said... "what name?" employees start whispering talking to each other, so I say it might be under Nando.... they still whisper so I show them the confirmation and order details on my phone....they keep whispering...after a couple of minutes they whisper to a 3rd guy...so keep I left. Moral of the story? Triple check what name/ nickname the order is under, cause they safeguard that food better than my bank safeguards my money.

If your claim you are open until 9:30pm, then you should stay open until that time. I got to this subway location 10 minutes before 9:30pm and their doors were already locked. I had just talked to them to confirm they were still open.

I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff is at this subway. Normally they want you to order fast so they can move to the next customer. Jose and my apologies I don't remember the other ladies name were amazing. Definitely my new favorite Subway.

Horrible customer service and the way they made the sandwiches were very skimpy. I got a footlong it has a total of four pieces of turkey. I had asked for extra condiments and everything was easy and literally 4 pieces of spinach on the whole sandwich. Never again. When I called the lady said that’s how it is and there would be no manager until Wednesday.

There’s a short lady there who needs to get fired. She looks like a Karen with glasses. I placed an order for pickup and when I went in and told her that I’m picking my online order she said then why did you come in? At first I thought she was joking so I laughed it off. After that there a dressing there that said ask the staff for it so I asked her what that was and she kept looking at me with anger. After that I said I would like my dressing first and then the rest of the vegetables and she got mad saying she won’t give me anything extra even though I asked for the exact same dressing I placed an order for. Then I had precisely specified on my order that I need extra onions and green peppers and she just won’t give it to me. She literally put 4 single piece of spinach on a foot long sandwich. I always have a soft corner for old people but if you don’t like your job then you should just quit rather than taking it out on your customers

I've been a regular for a year now. I am Bilingual (English/Spanish) and was taken aback when I went with a family member who only speaks Spanish. I asked for a Spanish speaking staff to accommodate my relative. The manager pulled a lady to help us out from w.e she was doing in the back and she received us with a nasty attitude. She stated "Que hubieran hecho si no hubiera alguien que habla español, se tienen que acostumbrar" She asked us what we would do if there was no Spanish speaking staff and that we needed to get used to No spanish speaking accommodations. Like I stated previously, I know English. However it baffles me that your own people/community will discriminate you before any other people. The manager tried to accommodate us by bringing her out & she came out like that. Smdh. As part of the Latino/Hispanic community, I expected more than this treatment.

Never going back again, when I came in it was empty no workers the employee was in the bathroom for about 5 minutes she came out of the bathroom you can tell her hands weren’t washed I really hope that was chocolate from chocolate chip cookies on her hands ?? it’s better just to make a sandwich at home rather than going somewhere where they don’t wash their hands and don’t have employees

I placed an order on March 10, 2023 for July 28 at 4 PM. I had come in weekly since then to enjoy subway, and remind the staff that I really needed my order to be placed and ready promptly. I came in on the 26th to eat dinner, as I didn’t want to have to cook on the day before my kids birthday. I checked in with the store manager and asked that my order was all set for pick up on 28 July. She assured me everything would be ready. On July 28 I walked in at 4:05 PM, she was in shock, she said she had forgot to make my order. I honestly thought it was a joke , she then said she would offer me 12 cookies for the inconvenience, I was livid, I was still respectful, but I just could not believe how they drop the ball on preparing my order. Especially when I had checked in on Wednesday a day prior to my event. Overall, I’m super disappointed as I am a loyal customer to this facility.
