Let me start with the wings were very good. I ordered the 100 wing pack, no rub or sauce. That is the only reason for the second star. I ordered the fries well done and they were not even cooked completely. I had to cook them in the oven which delayed our dinner. The veggies were not included, the staff at Dickey's in Jenison stated they were sorry but they forgot to order them. She did put in an extra order of fries (barely cooked) though. I swear the sauce used to be different, it tasted much better and had this orange hue to it instead of traditional red, and now the hot sauce seems to be more generic, the taste is lack luster. I guess it’s because there’s new people running the store now and they’re trying to cut costs? What a shame, used to be very high quality food.

Unfortunately this will be my first and last time eating here. For the price the wings are so small and have no flavor. The lemon pepper oily and no flavor at all. Dipping sauce doesn't even come with the wings you have to ask for it and its over priced at $1.20 each cup that was not even full and did not taste good at all. I was very disappointed sorry. The only reason for the two stars at least the cashier was nice.
