Bad serviceThey promote their Thursday events and don't serve people :(They tell you to wait for the show to end.And also they don't respect reservationsOn two occasions we managed to get in and the waiters took a while to serve you.

The place has a great ambiance, they need more personal to provide the best costumer service and experience. They need to hire more staff, they only had 2 staff members taking orders. Our appetizers came out on a timely manner but our food came out 30 minutes later and it was cold. Seems like the food was sitting in the counter for a while before it made it to our table. The show was great and made up for the lack of staff.

Horrible service expensive and the staff where rude trying to kick us all out because they made toooo many reservations when they didn’t have tables for us.not enough food,tables,chairs would recommend food takes forever and not that many staff

this place is a trash magnet; an absolute dumpster fire waiting to explode. the owners clearly have no idea to run a business. they do not understand they're responsible for their patrons since they infest the parking lot like drunk roaches after some event. no one in the community appreciates this kind of business in the neighborhood. in the words of kevin o'leary "turn around and get out of here!" such a shame that an iconic artist's image is exploited for this abomination.

Excuse the poor photo but man I was hungry , i haven't eaten here sense before the pandemic and I gotta say this place is still fire ? I ordered the skirt steak tacos which are topped with beans , cheese and salsa. I also ordered the al pastor and man im glad the quality haven't changed , the workers here are also friendly, I highly recommend anyone to give this place a try.
Food was just ok nothing amazing, drinks weren’t strong for what u paid; seemed very water downed, service was good after we got seated but there’s no hostess so you have to be the one asking around to be seated. Music was fine..thought it was overpriced and there was an extra tax.

Being a vegetarian, I was extremely happy when I saw that they included a vegetarian taco as a part of their menu, which was very delicious. My mother on the other hand who isn’t and was able to try the tacos de abuela, said that they reminded her of homemade cooking and were also extremely delicious. This restaurant gave off positive vibes and the whole theme is super cute. The service was speedy and efficient contrary to other reviews, and the server Jorge was very helpful and friendly. He gave great recommendations as it was our first time being there and my family and I will definitely be coming back for more.

My first time at Viva La Frida ! It was an awesome place to celebrate my Birthday. They were great in accommodating us days before this fun event. Their entertainment is awesome, and their tacos to die for. People there are very friendly and attentive. I would celebrate any other special group event there! Absolutely loved it!
