Always a joy to visit this place and to grab a good sandwich. And their snickers pie, to die for!

My friends and I used to go to Weeping Willow when it was in Bethalto. We used to love it but today was only the second time going to Glen Carbon. Our waitress was great but I didn't care for Any of the food. The sweet tea was not even good. We will not be back again. And I don't see why my review would be considered strange because I left the same for Dorothys. We did not like the food or drink at either place so not strange, just honest.

It took 2 hrs for soup and sandwiches. We got there at 11am. Only 3 other tables and 2 waitresses. Our waitresses showed up maybe 3 times in the 2 + hrs. Food was excellent I just wish I didn't have to clear my whole day to come here :/

In light of some information that was made clear, I decided this review needed rewrote. I originally wrote a 1-star review due to a misunderstanding with management that resulted in embarrassment and what we felt was unjust treatment. Since our visit last Thursday, I have heard back from the owner of the establishment, and because of her polite and courteous response, I’d like to focus my review on performance of product. Well, in this case, food taste!Eight ladies all dinned at 1 table, and not one person complained about their food selection. I personally had the fruity chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, and it was just sweet enough. I really enjoyed it. I also had the baked potato soup. It was very creamy and had a great flavor. The sweet tea could have been slightly sweeter for my taste, but when it comes to sweet tea, it’s a whole dessert for me, haha! The room is cute, and the place stayed busy. I’m sure many repeat customers dine here.

Fathers!, this was a great experience. My 22 year old daughter and I showed up to grab some tea and be on our way. Having never been here, we didn't realize it was a dine-in venue. We were politely seated and given the tea list. The presentation was excellent. A tray was brought to our table, and we each had our own tea kettle and cup.I had a literal tea party with my adult daughter! Afterward, she told me it was an experience she will never forget. Would recommend!

What a gem! Beautifully decorated with great menu of soups, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Didn't have dessert this time, but they looked divine. Perfect for a ladies' lunch.

Easy to find. Parking lot in front. Nice seating inside and outside. It was empty when we walked in, but quickly filled up. It got noisy when it was crowded. Hostess became waitress. They needed more help. Lunch specials were wonderful. Good prices and great food. Will return again.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly. My waitress Beth was very knowledgeable about the menu, she made sure my glass was always full. I order. The pick 2 the soup in the sandwich I have to bacon ranch sandwich and the loaded baked potato soup. It was very amazing. I also had the cookies and cream cake for dessert it was really good. I definitely would be coming back with my mom.Parking: There was plenty of parking when I first got there. But as time went on they did get busy and the parking spots did start to fill up.
