horrible server name: Rachel white, skinnyrecommend? nah.parking? good2 people 2 mealsGot our appetizers and two meals, one meal and appetizers came on alright time, i finished my meal before the other person's meal came (probably 20 minutes late) she checked up on us once, we were waiting for her to ask for a check, as other servers have before, never happened, she walked past and by our area as servers are arranged by areas, never managed to come and ask, i had to stand up and walk to her "station?" where she would be at for like 10 minutes each, when i walked up to her, said "weve been signaling you down for like ten minutes, we need the check n a box." simply said "oh sorry" the servers here are kind of eh. food was somewhat good, service is absolutely horrible, gave her a one cent tip for the sh*ts and giggles ?️ overall, bad, waited for one singular meal for way too long, so much so that i hope thered be a negative tip option so the server actually gets charged for it lmao.

The service is very depressing in Spanish, but the most serious thing was the food, I told the cashier that I didn't like spicy very much and he told me that medium was good so I bought 30 wings, they were inedible because of the spice, old potatoes, hard wings and cold, the sauce to accompany it has no flavor, I definitely would not go to that place again, I ended up throwing away the food because I couldn't eat the wings and unfortunately I couldn't go talk to the manager because I live a little far away and it was a takeout order

We walked in on Saturday night. We were told we could sit at the bar so we grabbed a table. It took about 10-15 minutes before we were greeted. We put our drink orders in and then waited to place our food order. It took awhile for the food to come out. When the food did come out, they gave me the wrong kind of wings. The server did immediately apologize and take it back but we sat without drinks while we were waiting. Another server brought out the correct wings (which only had wings and no drums) but our server never came back to check on us or refill our drinks despite making eye contact multiple times and empty drinks on the edge of the table. My husband was waiting for a drink to eat but despite him not touching his food, nobody checked in with us. Refills finally came after I finished my wings. I asked for a box and check; ended up having to go to the bar to pay because server disappeared again. I came for a birthday reward and we ended up leaving in a bad mood due to service. Cannot recommend this location.

Oh look, another carry out order where we requested sauce on the side, and there's NO SAUCE in the bag. Done with this location. Our last 4 orders have been wrong. Last time I called and spoke to the manager on duty. She promised to refund my order, and never did. They obviously don't care. I'll stick to Wing Stop going forward.

Service at time of pickup was poor. I ordered through the website. I left a nice tip as usually the person at the pickup counter is nice and helpful but not this time. The wings were overcooked and dry. My order was cold when we got it home. I live 15 minutes away and picked up right at the time my order was supposed to be ready. The spicy garlic wings had very little sauce as did a few other flavors I ordered. Overall super disappointed. Next time I'll try wing stop as Buffalo wild wings has definitely lost quality and the service is poor.

Very disappointed, went yesterday with my husband and kids for happy hour to order some of the specials took them 40 mins to take our order when they bought out our food we had ordered fries , tots , mozz sticks and only came out with the wings and mozz sticks.. the wings were small and cold I had told them we were missing the tots and fries that was good for my kids they were hungry.. so my husband told me to cancel the tots and fries and to pay already they never came back with the rest of the food so I told them I didn't want it anymore we were there for 2 hours and took forever to get our check and to pay due to them charging me wrong .. never again bad experience..
The All American Burger is delicious, I order it every time. The staff is very kind & they don't keep you waiting. My favorite

I'm writing this review not after just one bad visit, but our third consecutive poor experience at this location. Our drink orders were incorrect from the start and never were brought out correctly. We ordered one entree and four appetizers that we asked to all come out at the same time. We didn't mind waiting longer for the appetizers as long as everything came out together. An employee brought out the entree (which we did order) and two burgers which we did not order. We told her what our order was and she said that wasn't on the ticket. After looking further she realized she had our entree and another table's order. We waited another 10 minutes for the appetizers to be served and could see them sitting on the counter next to the kitchen doorway. Server after server looked at the ticket and walked away until finally our server grabbed the food and brought it to our table which was steps away from the counter. Those four appetizers could've fit on one tiny appetizer serving plate. The amount of food on each plate was laughable. We waited an unbelievable amount of time for our waiter to show up again so we could ask for the check. After two hours of waiting, the wrong drink orders, and a child's tea party amount of food we just wanted to get out of there. Sadly we will be passing on this location from now on.

Staff went MIA for a good 30-45 minutes. Couldn't get answers on why our food was taking nearly an hour when there was maybe three tables occupied. Eventually we just asked them to make it to-go since we had long since exceeded our lunch break. No apologies, no explanation.
