Don’t care for how they bake the Cinnabon’s here. They are always dry and don’t have the moist, warm cinnamon center that Cinnabon’s should have. Woodfield Mall makes them WAY better! Go there and taste the difference. You will see what I mean.

I arrived at 11:05 Sunday November 15th and they didn't have a single roll ready yet. I saw three customers turned away because we were told they wouldn't be ready for a half hour. Why is everything ready 40 minutes after the place opens? Letting the business owner know they lost revenue and store hadn't been open 10 minutes yet.

I agree with majority of the people when they stay the prices here are pretty steep, but I am just absolutely inlove with the Cinnabon Stix. What sucks is they usually have the ones in the cup that are more expensive compared to the ones in the bag but I love them so much, I still buy 4 cups at a time. :D Also, they keep their stuff fresh so if you want something specific and they still have to bake it, it'll take a while - which sucks when you're really hungry. The people here are always so nice though, so I feel like the price helps them get paid well in the end. :D

The staff is lazy! I was there today and ordered 3 cinnabon chillattas and I was told it takes 6 minutes. I waited and forever due to a false alarm in the mall. They came back super late after it was cleared. And it was still not ready! I was told the dairy was not defrosted. No apologies so rude!
Good buns here! Overly sweet so skip the extra frosting.

As a nurse there aren't many perks that we get but during nurses week I thoroughly enjoy the free Cinnabon's that they have been doing since I was a nurse ie. approx. 7 years. I go to this location today.... the same location that I have been going since I became a nurse and was told they do not know anything about nurses week and the free Cinnabon... the girl at the register proceeds to go in the back of the store to call her manager who I guess is not on site. She was gone for a good 15 minutes. At this point I gave up.....I just think it is utterly ridiculous for employees to not know the promotions that they have going on... I'll just take my business elsewhere...

Restaurant update: Please read my prior review for full details. My parents continue to shop at this location and had the luxury of dealing with Layla the manager of the store a few months back. It was a coupon by cinnabon on a 6 pack for xyz dollars. I don't remember the exact cost but really it was like 3-4 dollar saving. The manager had the audacity to say that they do not participate with the coupons. After hearing this I wrote to corporate again on how they are not honoring a coupon that was with the Sunday fliers. They must have gotten through to this franchise location because they subsequently "honored" it even though again when we tried to use the coupon there was the canned response until my dad mentioned who he was and how corporate said they need to honor the coupon. I believe business now has gone downhill because they are issuing there own coupons in the mailer. There is karma for you. I still prefer the Woodfield location when possible.
