So I've been to this location once before and had no issues and I was just here today for the second time... worst service ever! Not only did we have to wait so long to get our food, the server kept forgetting about us, then she would come and ask us for our drinks and forgot about that too! Then I ordered the filet mignon and ordered it medium well and was rare and my broccoli was literally burned along with the other veggies smh today was just horrible and to top it off I saw the server go to the back and tell the rest of the servers like it was a joke! Never in my life have I been in a restaurant where it very unprofessional.

TLDR: food and server were amazing. Had a terrible reaction due to a rare but serious allergy to someone who was not supposed to be vaping indoors. Informed staff. Management said people shouldn’t be vaping, took my information, did nothing with it and here I am dealing with my reactions days later which have gotten worse.My husband and I love to visit different Cooper’s Hawk restaurants, however Morton Grove will always be our favorite since we have shared so many memories together and with the staff over the years. I have celebrated so many milestone events at Cooper’s Hawk.. birthdays, holidays, promotions, work events, the day I found my wedding dress I went there for lunch with my girls, and one of the most memorable.. my bridal shower in 2023. Cooper’s Hawk holds such a special place in my heart because of so many core memories were created there. This is why I became a member.We recently moved to the area and we decided to visit this new location. Location, service, and food was amazing. We sat in the bar (only reservation seating available) and our server, Laura( I think that was her name) was attentive and her service was second to none.With that being said, I have recently been diagnosed with a rare allergy to an ingredient in vapes. I have also suffered from asthma since the age of 7. This particular night a table five feet away from me had a guest vaping the whole time we were there. I felt my face getting red, hot, and swollen. My hands, neck, and chest turned red. Seeing as I was recently tested for food, environmental, and contact allergies I knew the culprit.Propylene glycol in vapes can stay in the air and on surfaces for 48 hours. It can travel up to 60 yards. Being outside is one thing but being inside where there are supposed to be regulations is another. My allergy is so severe I can go into anaphylactic shock. Thankfully, I left in time when I felt it hard to breathe and I had my rescue inhaler.I have never been to a Cooper’s Hawk that did not enforce restrictions on vaping indoors. I understand you can not always control what others do but this guest was openly vaping while the servers and bartender were right there. She was holding her vape in her hand 70% of the time we were dining. I brought this up to the staff. They called the manager which I told her it’s okay I just wanted to leave. She insisted as she could clearly see my eyes, chest, neck, and hands looked like I had a terrible sunburn. So the manager came over, I tell him about the experience he asks for my info and that was it. He told me they do not allow vaping indoors and he was apologetic. Why he asked for my info? Idk. He did nothing with it.I have always felt comfortable to go to Cooper’s Hawk. I recently hosted a big party at the one in Downer’s Grove and there were no issues. I have never had an issue like this before at any other location and this one fell short. I’m still dealing with rashes from the exposure. In Illinois it’s banned indoors so not sure how this could go unnoticed/or allowed to continue with staff around and the girl vaping almost the whole time I was there. Everyone should be able to dine in an e-cig/vape free zone when dining indoors. The response I received when bringing it up to staff was as if they wanted to care but didn’t. Took my information for what? To make me feel better or that they cared? If they were going to email me or call me they would have done it by now. That is why I didn’t want the staff member to call the manager because I knew my concerns for my rare but serious allergy would fall on deaf ears.

This place is new (4 months old), and everything is immaculate! They have seating for at least 250 at a time. Expanded wine tasting area and comfortable booth/sofa seating for 2 or 4. Larger parties are accommodated in the dining area or in private rooms.Service was top notch! Regarding food, we had ginger Salmon or chicken parmesan, and both were delicious!I have been to several CoopersHawk locations, and this one is at the top of my list.

Took my wife out for a birthday dinner. Arrived a little early. Got seated right away. Server was very nice and helped us with drinks, appetizers, food, and even a birthday dessert! Dining area and restrooms were clean. Silverware and glasses spotless. Highly recommend. Will be back!

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat and decided to sit at the bar. I want to give a huge shoutout to their bartender, JEN. She is very attentive and made our stop more enjoyable. She has been a staple of our stops when we visit this location and truly appreciate her hospitality.
We dine here enough to know when service is good and when it is not-it was not good. Don't get me wrong-we still enjoyed our meal and our wine,but the poor service (when it was not the busy) did impact my experience. Thank goodness we end our visits with the great staff at the tasting bar.

First time eating at this location. We had the best service, food was fantastic and we really liked the new location. Gluten free Dana's Parmesan Chicken was super delicious! We highly recommend Coopers Hawk in Bloomingdale!!

Service was not up to par with the other Cooper's Hawk location that typically visit and receive outstanding service.We had a table of 4, and 3 out of the 4 dinners came out while the 1 dinner came out about 5-10 minutes later. The manager did make it right and comped the dinner.I ordered carrot cake that cost $12. The piece I received looked like it was the last piece of the cake and was extremely small. I brought it to the manager's attention, and he brought me a new piece. It was a larger piece. However, the size was still disappointing for the $12 cost.

Always a great experience at coopers hawk but this location opened up so we started going here. Nancy A. was our server and she was more than wonderful! Meal was amazing and the drinks recommendations were better. We were also late to our reservation, granted it was a week night but you never know and they were still very accommodating. Our party was also late to dinner but again, Nancy A was very patient and nice about everything. Definitely going back.
