Horrible service. The man in the drive up window apparently cannot speak. I said thank you. No response. I said thank you again. No response. Then runs away from the window like I did something wrong. Worst customer service ever. They need to be retrained. If you don't like your job, please get another one.

I try to avoid this location even though it’s convenient on my way to work before I hit the highway. The morning shift employees are so rude. They act like I’m a bother instead of a customer. I order on the app and when I come to pick up they just hand me my drink. No hello or thank you. They also Never give receipts and if I ask, they can’t give to me because they have to reprint and it takes time.

I have stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts on a handful of occasions after doing business with a studio in the nearby vicinity. The staff has always been friendly.Generally speaking, the breakfast sandwiches have come out as expected. This time around, I tried two new wraps, and overall they each get a two out of five stars. One was the chorizo and egg wrap, and the other was the chicken and roasted red pepper wrap. Each were smaller than expected and were loaded with sauce on the inside. Both did not resemble the Dunkin’ Donuts official picture. See website.The main ingredients got lost respectively in the sauce and cheese. Overall the chorizo wrap was the better of the two.The iced coffee with the specifics I usually get wasn’t made very well, and it appeared that there was a newer training employee. That’s OK because everybody has to learn.I still drank it :-).I also wasn’t given any napkins in my bag, and again I think it’s because it was a newer employee. She was very very nice and I’m sure she’ll get feedback from others.The exterior of this Dunkin’ Donuts is more modern and nice looking, and I’ve never been in the interior.Overall from the collective experiences, I would still give this Dunkin’ Donuts about a 3.75 stars. be careful because it’s off a very busy street.Overall, when I need a Dunkin’ Donuts fix, I’m so appreciative that this location exists where it does, before I get back on the highway.

The managers at this location are horrible when it comes to customer service. Today I had to deal with missing food and the manager Mariana Lezama was mean and supper rude, she has absolutely no patients and no customer service skills whatsoever. I will contact the store owner or corporate- that's how bad she was. She told one of her employees "Just give them the food to get them out of here" She proceeded by handing over the food and just closed the drive-through window and gave me her back.it's a shame that they treat people this way.she also stated "if you don't like it you can go to another location":-(all for a bacon snack! - $2.49I understand that there are people who lie and want to get free food, but not everyone is like that and she assumes people can't afford it. She calmed down and changed her tone as soon as I started to record her behavior to show Dunkin's customers relations or anyone who would listen.She threatened to call the police, walked away, and picked up her phone as if she was calling.

A big shoutout to Jose, excellent customer service. I made him add cream to my coffee a couple of times, he wasn't hesitant and gladly did what I asked for. I liked the strawberry refresher, we tried the new chocolate caramel cold brew with chocolate foam but it was also bitter. The only downside is that The midnight coffee was too bitter for my liking.Loved the sprinkle chocolate donut.

If I could give it 0 star's I would...This place was absolutely ridiculous I requested a vanilla bean coolatta and when I got to the window I was told that they were out of it so I got the raspberry then I was told they were out of that.... The young lady by the name of Janelle was absolutely rude she definitely needs some personal development on dealing with customer service she just absolutely gave me a hard time every witch Way had an attitude if you don't want to be there early in the morning and then find another job.

I usually use the drive thru. At one point they were unable to provide any beverage that wasn't just hot coffee. That lasted about one week. The people at the drive thru are very rude at least at this location.
