Laurence is amazing, very hard working, kind, and generous! My food was amazing he made me smile from the moment I walked up! Stratfords Gem in the Food Court I know theres the new Philly Cheesesteak Charley's in malls but if I had a choice i'd always back Great Steak Company Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak "12 inch Combo with Fries My usual go to ever since I can remember Had great service from Lawrence as he made everything to perfection and even offered some off the menu fries which were amazing Ever since moving out to the suburbs and discovered that theres a Great Steak I will go out of my way to come out here.

This is my all time favorite sandwich on the planet, and this location does not disappoint! Absolutely takes me back to the 90's! My Great Steak was perfectly prepared. I'm not even joking. Bun nicely soft and warm. Fresh lettuce. Steak & onions were the star of the show. Its the seasoning and that oil they squirt on it that really makes the difference! Thank you, Lawrence! Good dude! Prompt and friendly service!

Took my Daughter and Granddaughter out for lunch. Decided to go beef. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were several choices. I picked the Philly Cheese Steak and Nacho Cheese Fries. My Daughter went with a Gyro and we ordered the children's grilled cheese for my granddaughter. The Philly cheese steak was good, the Gyro was made from Gyro meat strips, they don't have a Gyro spit. The grilled cheese was made with a steak roll, not sandwich bread.The Nachos were tasty, cheese wasn't to spicy.I guess a food court is going to be pricey, but I spent $42 for the 3 dishes. While it was filling, it wasn't great. Just good.

I waited on line just to be rudely taken cared of by an associate who clearly did not want to service customers. He asked why i am mad. He refuses to give the number of his manager and their name. Please retrain your associates concerning about how customer service should be hire someone with a sense of urgency. This is probably why the ratings are low. I come here just to buy a sandwich and this associate just made me realize this place is not worth it. Thanks
