Terrible. Ordered a 2 patty meal w/ fries and a pie to go. Originally tried to order 3 patty meal but was told they were not serving it even though it was clearly in the menu. Lucky for me. I waited for my food because I was told they were cooking the patties. Got my order to the car and tried it and the food was ice cold, almost literally. Patties were room temp covered in cold mushroom gravy, the fries were barely cooked and the pie was only slightly warm. Oh, and they didn't even make sure I had utensils I had to ask for some. She directed me to the bins next to the register where there were only spoons and she asks if I need a fork. Are you for real?Workers could not have been less interested or engaged in doing the job they're paid for. Tables were dirty, chairs in disarray. And they disinterestedly started cleaning right next to me while I waited and putting up chairs.I've had Jollibee at another location and the food there was hot, fresh & tasty. Opposite of this Bloomingdale location. If this is a franchise location the owner really needs to correct all these problems. And if it's corporate owned, unforgivable.Worst $12 I've spent in a while. If you're used to a good experience at Jollibee avoid this location. If you're a first timer go to a different one so you can enjoy it and not get a bad impression of the chain.

Do you like raw food? Uncooked chicken? Do you like waiting ridiculous amount of time for that raw food? Then this is your place folks! Places like this should stay buried overseas. The repulsive customer service is a joke in itself but let’s be honest, who cares when the chicken will give you salmonella. Great job cooks.Ps. Owner replied. This joke of a company wants me to reach out to them and discuss the matter?! So on top of wasting my time in a snowstorm and serving me raw chicken you also want me to spend more time on your site? Ignorance must be bliss ?. I’d sooner eat out of a WW2 dumpster than give this mess of an establishment another second of my life. If you’re eating at this joint, you deserve whatever health issue you get.

The outside of the building looks sleek and nice but once you step inside you see that the layout of the seats is very awkward and cluttered and there aren't many seats to begin with.My food came out fairly fast but was basically lukewarm. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, adobo rice, and a fry. The spicy chicken sandwich was NOT spicy and was barely seasoned. The adobo rice was pretty solid. The fries were very hot but had basically no salt at all. There were no salt shakers or condiments easily available and the restaurant barely had any napkins.My friend waited extremely long for her food despite the place not being busy at all. By the time her food came out, I was almost done eating my own food. I won't be coming back here...

Got the 12 piece combo w the 5 sides n 5 pies. Everything was bad and AT MOST tolerable. The chicken was practically raw- slimey & pink. Sides were tolerable (Mac cheese, rice, fries) the spaghetti makes your stomach hurt after a few bites. We could not finish the food it was so terrible and made us feel nauseous all for $70. AVOID. NOT WORTH IT

We drove for 30 minutes to the store. Waited 10 minutes to have our order taken before noon. After 45 minutes of waiting for our order, they asked us if we want a refund of our money or replace the chicken with steak burger. No offer to make up for the wasted waiting time at all. They claim fryer is not working. They only offer mostly chicken in their store and they don't have a back up plan if such things happen. There is no appreciation for their customers at all. Zero for customer service.

Slowest restaurant ever. Fast food or not both occasions we waited over 50 min for our food. Busy or just slightly busy...day and night. I'm sure the restaurant was even over capacity with all the customers waiting inside for the food. All seats taken and just as many people standing around. Then you have staff members taking turn stepping out the kitchen to see how many people are piling in and then laughing...how about we just get work done and get people their food.Not sure what operations are happening or if the right people are staffed but this food is not worth that kind of wait.I'd rather go to Popeyes or KFC tbh.
