I have been ordering from this location for few years now. I am always satisfied with my food as well as the service that I have received throughout the years. Today they went above and beyond and that is why I am posting this review. I am in sales and service industry myself and in our meetings we always talk about surprising our customers with above and beyond service.My pizza was few minutes late. No big deal I just set down and relaxed for few minutes. At that time was approached by a team member who apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a free frozen pizza for the wait. I was surprised since I did not ask or complain or felt inconvenienced. I am generally try to be patient and very understanding and try not to complain since I work with customers on daily basis and i know how difficult that can be. Afyer few moments i received my order. As I was leaving I was given a coupon for another free pizza down the line. It's not about free things that I have received it that is motivated me to write about my experienceit is that someone cared about me and my time. I am impressed with the young crew that works there. They are being taught lessons that will help them be successful in their future careers. I will continue to come and order my Chicago Classic and gladly spend my money here. You guys are great keep up the good work. The owner or manager of this location should be proud the crew and the environment that was created there.

This is only a take-out location. But, the service is fast, and the 'za is delicious! ??Vegetarian options: The menu doesn't label vegetarian dishes. But "The Lou" is a great veggie pizza. And they have good salads.Parking: It's in a strip mall.

I ordered a 4 pack of pop, an appetizer and a pizza. Not only did the delivery driver drop all of my order on the lobby floor, he attempted to pretend that it didn't happen. I had a staff member inform me and show me the video camera footage. I was also missing 3 bottles of my pop. I called and they offered another pizza, which wouldn't have gotten out in time so they offered a refund, but I still have yet to see the refund. They are claiming it's been processed and it's pending on my bank's end, but my bank doesn't see a refund pending from them at all.***Edited: The restaurant reached out to me shortly after posting this and gave me a full refund. We ordered again and it was perfect!

More quality control is needed on the deep dish pizzas. The crust is totally different when I got it this time and tasted like giordanos crust. Really disappointing because you are either a fan of Lou’s or giordanos. Not sure if it was just a new cook but the pizza needs to be more consistent. I called and got a credit but the manager did not really seem to understand what I was saying about the difference.

I had a $100 gift card which I wanted to use towards a pizza. When I ordered it I was told it would be delivered in an hour. After and hour and a half I call and said we had no pizza. I was told that, because it was a gift card, it didn't go into the delivery list so we had to start from scratch. I was offered a free pizza next time, but asked if my gift card could not be charged instead and was told that it wouldn't. When the pizza was finally delivered 1 1/2 hours later the crust was cardboard, and another gift card was attached instead of not charging my original card. I called back and the manager found out later that he couldn't do that.Do not purchase Lou Malnati's gift cards from this location!

It's LOU MALNATI'S ... deep dish pizza, love the pizza. Service was very good, nothing stands out that could be improved, but there is always room to improve. As for atmosphere, it's a pickup or delivery place, don't care about atmosphere as long as the food from there is good, and it was.

They'll charge you for two larges and deliver you a small. I get it's 2020, but c'mon man. I paid my fair share.

Deep dish is consistently soggy and slides around in the box. Cut or uncut, it doesn't matter. Gave this place one last shot and never again. The toppings were sliding off and it was clearly not baked well done as asked. Very poor quality for a $50 pizza. What a waste...

I order off yelp and order went through gruhub. I couldn't track order so finally call grubhub support to find out pizza was delivered. It was cold. The cheese was all on one side. Asked for light sauce but it had sauce on one side none on other. Requested crisp crust it's like mush and paid for buttercrust but didn't get it. It's the worst pizza I've ever had. I'll never go here again.
