I placed an online order and for some reason I was not given a code through the app, I did receive a confirmation through my email and I was even charged on my card. I thought maybe someone inside would be helpful and understanding but no. The woman working as a manager refused to make the order even though I presented the email receipt. I cannot understand why this woman would think I would go through all of this effort to scam 6 dollars worth of food. I am surprised this is a family owned McDonalds, considering this terrible service. Hopefully somebody talks to this obviously miserable manager lady. This is truly embarrassing.

I stopped coming here because the accuracy of the orders isn't a priority. No point in using the app if nobody is going to read what it says when the orders are getting put together, and nobody to check if it's correct.

I ordered $60 worth of food off Uber eats and when I received it they weren’t able to make my 4 large frappes due to there machine being down and the receipt had said I was able to come back later to redeem them. When I called the manager had said no and they could do nothing about it very upsetting as the frappes were a big portion of what I spent money on Uber was not able to refund me and McDonalds was not helpful at all

This is the worst ran McD’s in the morning. Earlier this week ordered two burritos got to egg and cheese McMuffins this morning ordered two burritos waited over 10 minutes. You’re better off going to the one around the corner on County Farm and Army Trail.

One of the mangers was very rude to me. She said, I told you to pull up to window # 1 NOT # 2. This incident happened on 2/10.

I know it’s a late night drive through, but for what they charge now I don’t feel bad for my expectations. On this most recent visit I once again dealt with a mute at the drive through window. The young man appears to have a permanent scoul on his face, and aside from uttering the cost, he says absolutely nothing. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder for being at work. Even when I greet him and say thank you, he is obnoxiously dead silent. Additionally, I was asked during my ordering process if I’d like sauce, to which I had asked for bbq. But neither sauce, or napkins, made their way into my bag. Better and friendlier service shouldn’t be too much to ask.
