I have not come here since Covid. I ordered for delivery with Uber eats. The beef was gross. The pot stickers weren’t tasty. Whether they changed the food to a cheaper supplier, it was bad. Extremely expensive. Save your money.

This location stole my money, will not refund me for an order I was charged for, and left me hungry. I did a group Uber Eats order, and got the credit card statement saying I was charged $20. When the order came, my order was not on the receipt and I did not receive my food. A couple of other people who were also charged did not receive their food. I later called them, and they say acted all confused and not sorry for their mistake. They also said they could not refund me because my order was not on the group receipt, regardless the fact I said I was charged. Terrible customer service.

I ordered pai Tai with shrimp. The shrimp was cold.There was a puddle in front of the sofa machine. My friend I was with had to tell one of the young crew to put up the caution sign up so no one slips and they get sued. One of the young works put up the caution sign, but no one made any effort to wipe it up with a mop or towels.Then, while eating, there were no other customers to be waited on the whole staff was throwing things at each other.

Ordered the Med Salad with Grilled Chicken, but without the feta and black olives. The salad was pretty good overall, but the yogurt dressing had a very bold flavor compared to the other ingredients. Halfway through eating it, I realized that the only flavors I could taste were the dressing and, occasionally, the onions. The flavors would've probably been more diverse if I left the feta and black olives in, but I'm not a huge fan of either.Also, I've tried the cheesy garlic bread and one of their pasta dishes (can't remember which one) before, and they were both very good.

I usually go there for the deals, but that in itself does not replace sub-par food, pathetic customer service and dirty tables. I like the concept and the food is decent when made right. But this location has a management issue where it lacks maturity and hiring of people who lack respect. When companies go down this path it only has two options; it either closes or changes hands and the former seems more than likely to explain the weird staff and poor food quality.
