Horrible service I ordered that new pasta bowl it's not full at all I called and the man wasn't helpful I said I wanted a refund he said sorry can't help you and hung up the phone this location is horrible.

I tried to place an order online and could not check out. It was grayed out. So I called and was told that it would be the same price as on line. When I went in to pick up my food it was almost 50.00 for 2 pizza and 2 20oz drinks. On line was 27ish. I then proceed to ask about it and the kid that was there told me that there prices are different and nothing they are going to do. I asked if they would like my business anymore and the kid said here is ur order and walked away. Called customer service and they said have to talk to the store manager. Today I called to speak to the manager and was told that they only work Monday thru Thursday. I can't believe this company allows the stores to do whatever they want. I will never again buy there product again and will do my best to let many people know not to as well.

I asked for a Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza cause in the photo you can see the cheese inside the edges of the pizza and now results that I received a normal pizza? I didn’t ask for a normal edges pizza, I asked for the only one with cheese in the photos of uber eats and it came from this location.The worst part is that I can’t even do the claim in uber?

This place just put our pizza on the ground on our porch. No doorbell, no text, no phone call. It's 2023 and these dipsticks are still doing no contact deliveries because everyone loves to enjoy cold pizza that's sat outside on the ground for 30 minutes. Dumb as rocks over there. Pizza was as good as a Papa John's pizza is gonna be though.

They never made my order. I showed it to them on my phone. I was told to call a phone number for a receipt of refund. Avoid. This location has no record keeping abilities.

the new boneless wings are soggy a chewy. not worth it.
We placed an order with this location and incorrect food was delivered. Instead of attempting to fix the problem we were told simply what we can’t get done. Now after repeated calls to the store with no answer I’m left with the only recourse I have avail. It’s not the first time something like this has occurred with this store and this manager but we continue to try and order because we do enjoy the pizza.Hopefully this will bring about a change or help correct the problem with this store.

Horrible customer service I have called several time before and they always delivered to my address and I live in the same town the location is in. The person the phone said they have never delivered to so basically I am a liar! Wow!! I have never been treated like that unbelievable!!!

They dipped the lid into sauce to make it look full and the cup was empty!! Pizza was undercooked and breadsticks burnt. Never again

I've always been a fan for most other Papa John's stores, especially the dough. First time ordering here since we moved, unfortunately it was a little disappointing. I'm not sure if it's because they're too busy for super bowl? I hope it's a one time thing. Might try one more time to find out.
